The right grit to take the finish off of hardwood floors for refinishing.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do.

I've had a wooden deck for over 30 years. I found out by using a barrelsander will take off all the existing stains or paint right down to the bare wood. So in a couple hours you're ready to resurface your deck it's awesome.

Good for rough floors

I used it to sand on concrete and it started to tear out on the sides. I assume it would do better on wood but I got a different brand online and that one was much stronger and did not tear out even on concrete. You might want to buy from largest online store that starts with an A and you will also get them for less than half if you buy in bulk

Wasted time using a higher grit at first. This is the only grit that would remove a previous finish down to the bare wood on my floor. But, you have to make sure you don't stop the sander while the sand paper is down or it can gouge the floor or create a divot.

Did the job. Needed 24 grit for initial prep

It got the job done it’s nothing special
