Great one piece toilet.

I ordered 2 toilets. I was supposed to get those 2 on Dec 6, 2017 for my project. I ended up got mine on Dec 21 and one of them missing the Cover !! .... I was very disappointed !!

LOVE the clean lines of this toilet. I did purchase a separate Kohler soft-close seat, as the package comes with a standard seat (and I prefer the soft-close version). The handle that came with it was chrome colored; while heavy duty, I don't know who uses chrome anymore. So I replaced with a Delta Trinsic toilet handle in Venetian Bronze also purchased from Home Depot.

You sent a used toilet. It had to be returned. We are still waiting for a new one to be delivered.

Great strong fast flush. Sleek design, the height was much lower that my old toilet, and so now the bathroom tile can really show-off the pretty colorful wall look. Very pleased. Easy install (said my plumber). Super easy to clean w one-piece design. My plumber only sealed 3/4 around bottom of toilet (contact w the floor) and left back unsealed. This was because if ever my old house has pipe problems, they would be noticeable and not just concealed and getting worse. Thought that was considerate and insightful of my plumber.

Smaller size takes up less room and flushes with a superior, quick flush. It looks great and my wife loves it. The Santa Rosa was easy to install. Being a one piece toilet, I had no trouble lifting it in place and securing it with new bolts

I have this toilet for 21 days, I have a feeling it just barely able to flush all the stew away, I usually use a bucket of dirty water after washing the floor towel. I like the one piece, because it does not has the bolt and ring connection with the tank, the 2 pieces toilet, can or will leak after a few years, and take a few hours to replace it, buying the part , run to the store, etc. I am OK with the seat is 2" to 3" higher than the old high, I am 5' 7" I am thinking if people like some Asian women only 5'4" high, they may not be comfort for this kind of high, those people taller than me may like it much, I do prefer the old high like Mansfield toilet, the pressure tank has enough power to flush out and refill much shorter time. I prefer one piece, because it will not leak water to the floor like the 2 piece toilet.

This toilet looks very sleek and modern. It has powerful flushing with little water. It is a great toilet by design and function, but unfortunately, porcelain coating quality drags down the rating. I bought four toilets. Two are fine and two have imperfect porcelain coating. One has a small grey spot on top of bowl, oh well, I decided to keep it. The other has two long grey hairlines on top of bowl, too obvious to ignore and I decided to exchange. One lid has uneven coating and looks weird. For a toilet with price tag @$300, this is unacceptable. Kohler should 1) improve porcelain coating process, and 2) rinse off dust/debris before reaching their quality control, so the ones with cosmetic deficiency can be caught. I am very happy with Kohler customer service and Home Depot customer service. Both are very responsive. Home Depot customer support scheduled a shipping company to pick up the bad one from my house, and placed a replacement toilet to deliver to my house in two days. Therefore, I still recommend this toilet - do check your new toilet thoroughly right after delivery.

I purchased (2) of these toilets in March 2017 to replace (2) Kohler toilets that were installed when our house was built in 2000. The new toilets work great. The low flush takes a bit getting used too because your first impression is there is not enough water in the bowl to work. The AquaPiston system works -flawlessly and it does not take 20 -30 seconds for the bowl to refill. The flushing noise that was referenced in other review is not a problem to me. Actually I think it's much more quiet and has a shorter refill cycle than our old toilet. My ONLY complaint and the reason I can't give it 5 start is because of the "cheap" seat/lid. I would expect that when you pay >$450 per toilet (we ordered the Almond color) that Kohler would included an upgraded seat/lid. The seat that came with the toilet is basic/cheap without any upgrades such as the "quiet close" feature. I don't need a seat with lights however "quiet close" should be standard IMHO at this price range. Of course Kohler puts the QR code on the box of the cheap toilet seat to take you to their web site to explore ordering an upgraded seat. I was told by Home Depot that it's standard practice in toilets of this price range to have a basic seat. I was told when you get into the $600 range the toilets may have upgraded seats.

Purchased about six months ago. It is extremely loud when flushed. I does have a strong flush with the AquaPiston. I think the strong flush helps keep it clean because I hardly ever have to clean it! Not happy with the noisy flush. Need another toilet for a half bath right off the living room/dining room area. Reluctant because of the noise but think I will go with this one again. Overall good product for the price. Was considering Toto but then found out about the Sana gloss and don't want that as we have hard water and it would be too difficult to clean.

Toilet installed fairly easy, used the Everbilt reinforced wax ring. No issues with flushing so far, it flushes fast. A big plus is the comfort height, much more ergonomic. The seat is cheap but I knew this when purchasing. I plan to upgrade the seat later. The Home Depot folks in Merced, CA were great to work with. Special thanks to Kenneth.

This Toilet is taller than our last toilet so much easier to sit on. I just installed 2 of these Toilets and my Wife loves them. They were easy to install on the new tile floors I just had installed. They are absolutely beautiful working Toilets.

I ordered two in almond color for both bathrooms home depot's website online. the reason I put 3 stars due to one was used with dirty, eww that was not sanitary that i had to disinfect it cuz i needed 2 toilets asap to install. I contacted home depot abt that concern & took care of it immediately that i was very appreciated that very much. one of them had missing parts that were bolts & caps, i contacted home depot & they took care of that immediately to have those missing parts to be shipping as it was less than one month to receive those parts.. The other one had mismatched color tank top. oh no. i contacted home depot abt not matching color tank top & they took care of it to ship me the almond color which was abt one & half month to wait for the tank top. Finally got the tank top but wrong color that was darker color instead of almond color. too many problems lately with missing parts, not matched color tank top & one dirty used toilet instead of brand new. still wait for the replacement for matching almond color tank top for almost 2 months. too long. Now back to the toilets, they are working excellence, flush easy. we love tall height toilets that are very easy for older people, people with back problems, knee problems...... very good toilets that are really worth to have but too bad with several problems. I cud have those both toilets for 5 stars without those problems.

It took three try's to get one shipped in by Home depot that wasn't broken before it got to me but it was worth the wait. It flushes well and we haven't noticed it leaving behind any unnecessary debris like other reviews have warned of. It fits our bathroom space well. My wife is pretty short and she loves it. Beware it doesn't come with a wax ring like others do and it may fit snugly in the space used by your old toilet. You may also want to think about buying a higher quality toilet seat than the one include. Minimum assembly required.

This is our 3rd Santa Rosa model in this house. They all work quietly, reliably and very well. We have yet to replace any parts in any of them since the 1st one we bought in 2011.

I bought this when remodeling our bathroom to replace our old high flow toilet. I was leery of the low flush having heard they don't work as well over the years. I was shocked at how well this thing works and how little water it uses, it works way better than my old one. My wife likes the stylish one piece look and the comfort height. I'm remodeling our other bathroom now and will be installing another Kohler Santa Rosa.

I like the high. The shape of bowl lid. Comfy for my sitting. Bowl always clean with little water. Love it. After I m confused what I m going to choose for my toilet. No sorry to buy this.

I've always counted on Kohler for reliability and design...This latest one-piece Santa Rosa was just the right size and shape for such a small bathroom update....The color was a perfect match for the tile and mosaic I chose.

I love the look, comfort height and low water useage. I received a $100 state rebate for conserving water. In the middle of the night, it is much easier to go to the bathroom without falling off toilet! (Notice beautiful vanity from Home Depot too.)

I love this toilet.....if one can love a toilet!!! Every time it gets flushed, I don't feel my waterbill spiking immediately. I also love the "comfort height" and the compact size of the toilet. It works perfectly in my bathroom and I'm so glad that I decided to get it. It was a bit pricey but really worth every penny!

This is a one piece Kohler comfort height and low water use toilet. Very solid and Kohler quality. We love it.

Ordered online because our local store does not keep enough on hand. 3 visits over the last 4 weeks and still none on hand. Anyway, we ordered online. All went well until we picked it up. Found the box was missing the foam block base. The toilet was sitting on cardboard and the toilet almost fell out when 2 HD employees went to load on a cart. After much taping we got it loaded. At home we found out the Wax ring was missing. Also the inside of the Lid was chipped. Luckily not cracked so we kept it. I think Home Depot still has room for "Improvement" on the shipping, inspection process. This was our 2nd Kohler Santa Rosa toilet in a year and the first was packed much better. But then we picked it up AT the Store....

Kohler makes a great product - was a little disappointed in the quality of the seat that was provided. Flimsy in comparison to other Kohler seats I've purchased. There is very little rim flush due to the water saver features, but have not had any problems with incomplete flushing. Kohler stands behind their products for life, so always a smart purchase

Kohler Santa Rose Comfort Height Compact Elongated Toilet

Beautiful toilet. Really like the low flush water conservation even though it takes getting used to the short flush time. Has great power in the flush. Didn't like having to pay and extra $100 just to get the Biscuit color vs white.

Toilet looks and works great. Needed a compact elongated as it fit into a space close to a shower door so didn't want to chance a full size elongated not fitting. Like the extra height. Toilet seat that comes with it is a joke. Replaced with a real wood one 2 days later.

The toilet itself is great. Flushes really well and does not use much water. The seat is not good (one came broken). However, I had planned to replace the seats with slow close seats and purchased the Bemis slow close elongated seat, opting for the heavier enamel on wood which was only an extra dollar at $35.98 (not listed on the web but available in the store at Seaside, CA). BTW, the Vigo vessel sink and faucet and the Home Decorators Fuji 24 inch vanity were also purchased from Home depot. These were all excellent purchases.

This toilet was purchased for my mothers bathroom. She is 80 years old and she loves the new toilet. She likes it because it is compact, one piece, and has a nice finish that is easy to clean. It is slightly higher and easier for her to use. Good purchase, I would recommend it.

We changed out an older Kohler Lite round bowl standard size toilet that worked fine but we wanted the comfort height design as we have one of those at our vacation home. The nice thing about this product is that it is a one piece design and sticks out no more than the one we replaced. Using only 1.2 gallons to flush it does the job, but its not like one of those turbo flush units but it has worked well so far. At 100lbs. you will need a helper to set it but that's no too bad for two guys, or girls to set.
