I have a Lasko window fan and I thought it was well made so I bought the tower heater and it is well made also and it warms up my large living room fast so I just purchased another one for the bedroom it moves side to side and is quite. It is also very light if needed to move to another room. It was delivered in a timely manner as usual with Home Depot ??

The product has been tested since I purchased the product. It seems to be working okay. The real test will be when winter sets in, and I may or may not have a heating issue.

Heater gives off a strong odor. Apparently this is normal with ceramic heaters and happens every time it is used, when it has been off for a while. Could not tolerate the smell, did not want to "run it for an hour" to burn away the particles that cause the odor every time it has been sitting. Planned to use in bedroom at night and is unacceptable. Returned for refund.

I got this to take the chill off in my basement office and it works perfectly for the task. As soon as I go into the office, I click the remote control and warm air washes over my desk area and soon the whole room is comfortable. Leaving the office? A click of the remote and I’m done!

Good heat but breaks down
It worked perfectly and gives good heat, but after 6 times of using it stopped working. I have to see if they will accept a return. I bought one for my mom as well. I don't know when hers will break down. I hope not, since I don't like hassle of returns.
