jams easily
I have had lots of issues with this gun multiple time having the foil from the sausage tube get stuck between the plunger and the barrel which becomes a pain to take apart and clean up after it happens

Overall, I am impressed with the tool. It does not save me as much time as I thought it would have but it definitely does save my forearm and hands. My arm does not get fatigued and I can continue this work for much longer. I am surprised with how long the battery lasts. On one charge I have done about 14hrs of caulking and still have half a battery left. It is a little heavier that the standard 20oz caulk gun but that was expected and it doesn't bother me at all.

No instructions as to what tubes will fit in it....
No instructions as to what tubes will fit in it. Noone in our area knew anything about the tool. Will be returning item.

This gun falls apart none of the screws or bolts...
This gun falls apart none of the screws or bolts stay tight and it’s always keeps leaking out after you let off of the button it’s junk if I hadn’t used it and got it crappy looking I would of return it and bought one from another company and btw the 1.5 batteries aren’t worth two cents

We apply lots of Sealant every day and this tool...
