Been looking at different units pricing ,btu’s this unit was on sale thur Home Depot prices were great free shipping and ninety day’s to return. So everything was right for buying

Good instructions for an installing, came with everything that I needed, and have received many complaints from the office area that I installed that they really like it

So far so good! Nice and quiet! Cooling works well. One of the sides were bent from delivery.

The item was installed and is working fine

Had it installed and have used it a couple times already. Works great this far. I have not used the ac function yet.

I would give 5 stars but there was slight damage to the coils. We.were able to straighten them out . Other than that the unit is installed.and working as it should.

One of the most important parts of any project is to have all parts, prior to starting. Pioneer has 2 options for flare fittings to air handler, the 9000 sends correct size, the 12000 flare fittings are incorrect, about a $300 mistake for the diy er. Hard to give operation a rating, after getting to finally quit leaking with smaller flare gasket, gave up on disgust

It works so quietly that I can’t tell if it is working or not. The style is nice and simple. And the fact that it uses 120V is a great point, I don’t need to install 220V power cord. Besides, I also like its AUTO mood, just set the temperature and it will do the rest: AC or Heater, depending on the room situation. It’s great!

Easy to install and works good so far

I previously installed a 24k mr. cool before this. So I was shocked to find out that although the unit is precharged- the lineset is NOT sealed. So this means you will need to hire someone to evacuate the lines. Also- the included lineset is only 15'. I was expecting a 25' set like the Mr. Cool came with. So that was an additional expense too. The last surprise is that this is a 120V system.. Not 240v as I had assumed.

With all the hype about mini split systems most of it is BS. It's 23 degrees out and unit is using 1200 Watts while producing lukewarm heat at best. I have always dislike heat pumps for this reason and these are no better. It is more efficient than electric resistance heat but doesn't come close to gas. If your only source of heat is one of these your going to be cold
