The tab that you touch to flip out won’t stay flush! It sticks out if the latch is installed in the door or not installed in the door. Not too impressed.

The hook that reaches out and locks was small. Not much throw. Install had to be perfect or won’t work.

Fit perfectly but the finish was not very good.

Works OK but I do have these criticisms. - The tolerance for the distance between the edge of the door and the door jam is very slim. My jam was bowed in about 3/16 so the latch wouldn't reach far enough to latch over the strike plate. I had to take the casing off of the jamb and shim the jam to meet the edge of the door for the latch to reach. - The latching mechanism doesn't operate very smoothly.

This was excellent it replaced an older one that was no longer working properly. It even looks better than the old one but the important part is it works.

This REALLY is not a locking mechanism as is easily opened from the reverse side .. but is necessary on the door as a deterrent only ..

The product feels sturdy and the color is perfect for an oil-rubbed bronze scheme. The only flaw is that I wish the fit were a little more flush to the door - even after tightening all the way the metal edges still feel a little raised.

Easy too install and works as intended.
