I bought this lock system for a new door installation. I liked that it had the option for one handed keyless entry to my home and came with a matching lever handle. It was easy to set my own code and a decent value. I love the option to leave my home without a key and not worry about getting locked out.

Garbage
If you live in any place that is cold don’t bother picking these up. They quit working the minute it gets cold.

I had to replace an earlier version of this lock after using it about 5 years. I was clearly defect.
Since I was familiar with this lock and the holes in my door were also fit for a newer version of this brand. I decided to buy the newest version. That one (one should hope) works fine.

Easy installation, and only had a small issue programming the codes into the system. Once it was figured out, the installation was easy!! Great product!!

Nice lock would give 5 stars but thank god I had a locksmith putting it on. It came with the wrong size screws. After process and f elimination it was confirmed. He had to cut down the screws and it worked perfectly.

The keypad is ok but opening lock with key is complicated especially for older persons. It’s Manual not automatic.

Do not buy
Bought this today, installed it and doesn't work. The handle free spins, the key gets stuck in the cylinder and pulls out the cylinder! I was expecting this to spin on its own after the code is entered, like other, but you have enter the code then manually spin the knob to open it. I immediately removed this. There is no way I'm trusting my home to this lock.

Hello, we're sorry to hear you're unsatisfied with the BE365 Keypad deadbolt. This is not a motorized deadbolt so it does require you to manually engage the toggle to lock/unlock. I bought this to replace the same model that I already had that failed. This one was busted out of the box. The lock tumbler was messed up. Key or the electronic lock were inconsistent. Returned this purchase and discovered a DIY fix online for the lock I already had.
