Worked great on my Bermuda grass. I applied it, watered lightly and then left it. The pictures are 3 weeks progress. Will apply in 3 more weeks again. Very happy with my lawn now.

I bought this on 06/24/03 and applied it, now my grass is dying, and weeds are taking over!

I use a lawn servie for my yard however i personally put down Scotts for a healthier and greener lawn.

This product killed my grass. Left large brown dead spots throughout my lawn. Looks horrible.

I have been using Scott's products since early 70's everywhere I have lived. I use each specific product for each season every 6-8 weeks with Regular Turf builder in between the specific season products. Always the best in the neighborhood. Super thick and healthy. Will NEVER use another product. EVER! Other lawns in the neighborhood look ok until you get up close. They're DDWs(distance does wonders). Happy with Scotts.

Love your products, i went with the all year deal

I have been using scotts weed and feed for the last year faithfully. I am not happy i have done exactly what the directions say. I have more junk weeds in my yard than i have ever had before. I am very unhappy with all the time effort and money Ihave put into these products.

All your lawn products are awesome. My yards were in bad shape last year. After using the fertilizer as suggested my yards are green and healthy and full. It’s mid November snd my yards look just as good now as they did in spring. The drought fertilizer is a wonderful product. I live in a drought area , south Texas, and I didn’t need to water as much this summer as in the past.

My first application to my grass was in April 2021 with Scotts Green Max, and the 2 and 3rd applications. In between, I utilized Ortho weed control and Scotts Patchmaster for St. Augustine grass. This past Saturday, I applied Winterguard to help throughout the winter season and have a new bag of Green Max ready for Spring Break. I cut my yard and I am so proud of my yard. It is plushy, a deep green and the envy of the neighborhood. The brown areas you see on the city side are crabgrass that was removed as a last resort for the winter and it is replaced now with Miracle-Gro soil and St. Augustine Scotts Patchmaster. I know the St. Augustine grass will catch on because it has proved itself throughout the year applications. Thank you Scotts, you have a very happy customer and will keep moving forward with your products.

After firing my so called lawn service who states they are the prime supplier for PGA I took on the task of doing my own maintenance. Got lots of sound advice from my local Grounds Superintendent at our local course and proceeded to utilize the Scott’s program which includes the winter guard feeding. Well with tlc and determination the photos say it all and those other folks can well…… I can’t print what I want to say !!!

House had no lawn. Weeds, clumps. In Vermont, was going to sod but could not find anyone to do it. Tried weed and feed. Took a couple of seasons. But remarkable.

Product gave me nice thick green lush grass. With summer temps in the high 90s, my grass is looking great!

It says good for all grass, however after I applied it to my lawn I got brown patches where grass died. It did real well on 90% of the yard but killed one type of grass.

I followed the Scotts directions and my lawn is still thin and sparse. I am losing faith.

Excellent product for my bermuda grass here in Texas. Best to apply when you are expecting rain, works great and within 2 weeks you will see results. If you apply and dont expect any rain make sure that you water it in really good for the first couple of days. Highly recommend it to apply every month or every two months. Make sure to read and follow the instructions.

It has now been 15 days and it's so much greener and is filling in nice and thick. I will continue to use this product each and every year. GREAT PRODUCT!

I put Scotts down along wth milorganite and saw some great results . I watered about 30 mins every 2 days . I did not cut my grass and allowed it tk thicken for 3.5 weeks . Ive attached a picture to show the difference . Let it thicken, mow a little higher than usual and water often.

It didn't take but a few weeks and I started seeing a noticeable improvement with the color and growth of my lawn. My lawn is thicker than it usually is and greener, I highly recommend using on all lawns.

I put this on my lawn here in Texas about a week and a half ago and immediately afterwards it rains for 5 days straight. Now my lawn is burnt so badly it looks like hay. How in the world do I fix this mess and fast? I want my money back or the product needed to fix this mess for free to cover my burnt lawn sqft 4100.

Bought house one year ago that had been vacant for over a year. The lawn was anemic. Have spread this fertilizer 5 times since in lower than recommended doses and lawn is now lush and the weeds are struggling to survive. Best lawn ever.

Always good. Not sure what heat and drought means, other than a healthy lawn withstands both of them better. What I really like about Scotts, is that all the nutrients are encapsulated in one grain... so the entire lawn gets all the nutrients and it will not BURN the lawn!. Other fertilizers you need to be careful when you fertilize and when to water. While the same rules go for Scotts, it is more forgiving. Costs more, but well worth the money. My Zoysia has never looked better!

I moved into a new construction home in July 2019. The builder had laid sod and it was all I could do to water it constantly to ensure it wouldn’t die in the July/August heat. In the Fall I decided to use the Fall fertilizer with Winterguard to ensure our lawn would be the best on the block. When early Spring came, I COULD NOT believe how beautiful our grass was! It was such a beautiful dark green color and so thick and lush. We had to start cutting our grass weeks before our neighbors since theirs hadn’t even started growing yet. Later in Spring, I used Scott’s Weed and Feed fertilizer. I plan to do 3 different treatments each year. (Fall Winterguard, Spring Weed and Feed and then Summerguard in the Summer) So far by only doing the 2 treatments (Fall and Spring) my lawn already looks like a million bucks! I couldn’t be more happy with the different Scott’s products we have used so far. When I did the Fall Winterguard application, I saw all of our weeds in the sod disappear within days! Since continuing into the Spring with Weed and Feed fertilizer, I will tell you that our lawn is completely weed free! Today I started on the Summerguard fertilizer treatment and I am so hopeful that our lawn will continue to look amazing during the hottest and most dry time of the year. I am so happy with these products that we’ve used so far. I know they’re pricy, but it is so worth it! Our neighbors all have sod as well, but there is a VERY OBVIOUS difference between our lawn and all of theirs. No one else has used any fertilizing products at all and you can definitely tell! I would never even guess that they had sod. I’m just amazed at what our lawn looks like...all thanks to Scott’s fertilizers. FYI: we live in the panhandle of WV sandwiched between MD and VA to give you an idea of climate.

I've been using Scotts products for the past year or so - ever since I replanted my entire front yard (I used the Scotts Sun & Shade grass seed). About a month ago towards the end of a dry, hot August/early September, the lawn started to turn a bit brown and gloomy looking. I put down the Scotts "Fall Lawn Food" and about a week later the lawn bounced back into a beautiful healthy deep green color. I included a photo - and any color shift is due to shadows and light, I hope it does justice to how my lawn looks, because I can proudly say I have the best lawn on the block. And BTW - most of my neighbors use "professional" landscapers, but I do it all myself.

Bermuda grass / Dallas Tx. / Clay soil. Apply twice; six weeks apart. Water thoroughly and with more dry days in between than you are normally comfortable with. It’s hard to break that frequent drenching habit, but I think it’s key. Raise mower cutting height. Get more HP on your mower or go slower.

Put the green back into my lawn in less than a week.

This product works great. After adjusting ph this spring and corrected soil with 10-10-10 my soil tests indicated that I needed a good does of nitrogen and some potassium. This product was applied as the directions on the bag indicated and watered in with 1/2 in of water. After about a week the color of the lawn deepened. The yard also seemed to thicken. My tall fescue loved this product. Will buy in the future.

I've had great success with this Scott's Turf Builder Southern Lawn Food. I used it a couple years ago and it helped green up my bermuda lawn really well, then decided to use it again this year with similar success. I am supplementing with foliar feed fertilizer too. Grass is thicker and deeper green color and way ahead of my neighbors this spring! Photos speak for themselves.

Weed control leaves something to be desired, however; grass looks GREAT!

Scott’s southern turf has made my lawn the envy of my neighbors. It is very easy to apply and the results are always very good. My lawn is doing great!
