(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Decent cleaner. Does a good job of cleaning pet messes. Could be a bit more powerful but I do like the fact it doesn’t have an overpowering smell. Almost no scent at all. I’ve got an old dog and a puppy, so I didn’t have to wait long to try it out. Seems to get the area clean so the dogs aren’t sniffing around so, it works good enough.

The fact that it is in a spray bottle makes it easy to use and keeps things clean. It is marketed for pets though it can also remove other stains like chocolate and fruit juice that my kids have spilled. I also like that it is environmentally friendly.

Tried using warm water and soap and could never get the stains out so I thought I would give this a try. It worked! I followed the instructions and let it sit and soak for a bit and then used a wet vac to remove the water. The bottle was easy to hold and I hardly had to use that much of the bottle to clean the entire couch. The couch smells fresh and clean now and looks great.

Has helped to assist in cleaning the area in the bottom left hand corner of the mat as I was testing out a spot cleaning suction device. The mat has had minor accumulation of dirt from the winter. It has helped to clean the dirt from the area. Happy with the performance.

We had a stain on a chouch which was a combo of marker and our daughter having a pee accident. After doing a test spot to make sure there was no color transfer and it wouldn't damage the material we followed the directions on the back of the bottle, we used the SpotVortex unit to help with the area. Its says you can also use a carpet cleaner or just water and a cloth instead. After just doing the area one time the spot is gone. There is no smell and no marker to be seen. We are very happy with how it turned out.

Overall, this product is effective in removing light stains on small areas. If it is a large area for cleaning or deodorizing, it will take longer time.

This did an excellent job on a small, but stubborn spot that had dried into the carpet long ago. Even before I used the spot vortex tool it seemed like the spray was starting to pull the stain out. After scrubbing with the bristled brush that comes with the spot vortex this further seemed to loosen the stain. Please read my review on the Spot Remover tool for more detailed info about it.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have had a stain in my basement area rug that’s been there for years. After vacuuming the carpet clean I sprayed the stain remover over the area. After letting the remover soak into the stain I used the Spot Vortex connected to my wet/dry shop vac.The liquid was quickly pulled out of the rug and the stain was gone. I am very happy with the results and this product will be used next time a stain appears.

It’s hard to say whether it was the spray or the Vortex that did the job but either way, I am happy with the results.

We apply the product (5 sprays) and scrub for 20 seconds. The stain was gone. The smell of the product is nice, not to strong and refreshing.

I applied Spot Remover as directed onto the stain and allowed it to soak for 15 minutes. I then used carpet cleaning device to remove the Spot Remover from the carpet. The product works! See the before and after photos. Furthermore, there was no damage to the carpet.

Seemed to remove it fairly quickly with minimal scrubbing. Overall I'd give it a 4 as it doesn't stand out exceptionally over other products but it did hold it's open

My son and daughter-in-law have 3 cats and a 3 year old son. All of them can cause problems from time to time. So it gave me an opportunity to try out this spot and odor remover spray that I have had for a while. My first target was where one of the cats got sick. eeewww. I removed as much of the mess as possible, then I used the Spot Vortex spray. Finally I used a wet/dry vac to pick up the liquid and to rinse the area with water. No more spot or odor. Next I tackled a spot that my grandson left on the carpet from something he had eaten. It was hard and stuck in the fibers of the carpet, vacuuming alone couldn't get it out. I sprayed the spot with Spot Vortex spray and waited a minute before using a plastic scrub brush. See photos of the steps and the results. I followed up by rinsing the area with water and used my wet/vac to dry it up. Also take a look at the Spot Vortex Carpet Spot and Odor Remover Accessory Tool. I got one and it makes removing spot from a carpets and furniture easy, you don't have to rub the vacuum hose back and forth over the spot, just let the tool do the work. Then rubbing it into the fibres, and finally letting it sit for a while (20-30 min) then hitting it with the spot suction or towel.

I used it on the carpet for a puppy accident and it cleaned the mess up, and there was no stain or smell left behind. I also used it on a chair that had a coffee spill, and it lifted the sating from that as well.

It also left a pleasant odour. We tried it first on a spare piece of carpet and after drying there was no indication that the product was ever used there. Works perfectly and would highly recommend it for small stains.

Needless to say there were a few stains we had to work on. Followed the instructions on the bottle, tested on an obscure section of the couch to make sure there was no damage to the material. When used the first time, it didn't really do a whole lot. The second time seemed to be the charm. Stain is gone and odour is not there.

I did not know what to expect but figured it would be a good idea to try the SpotVortex accessory with the Spot and Order remover spray bottle product. It has a nice smell and takes it's time to foam up when used in conjunction with the Vortex accessory. The slow foaming caused by the Vortex allowed the spay to really penetrate the stain and remove the stain from my carpet. I also compared the Spray Bottle with regular carpet cleaner and prefer the more complete removal of the solution when using the Spot and Order Remover Spray Bottle. Both items appear to clean the same but the regular carpet cleaner solution required water to dilute and rinse it from the carpet. This product was just right for the Spot Vortex accessory.

With 3 indoor dogs, there are often a variety of mistakes. This squirt bottle makes quick remedy of mistakes and leaves a nice fragrance that I hope will be a deterrence to future carpet wetting. The spray seems to neutralize the urine and leaves a clean fresh fragrance. We have afghan hand made carpets and there is no bleeding of the dyes or staining. I have been very pleased.

This spot remover is very good on minor spots that have not had a chance to settle in for a substantial time. If the spot has been there for a while untreated it will weaken the spot but even after five times applying the spot may be lighter but it does not get it out. I would recommend this product for people that have spots that have only been on the rug for a short period of time.

I was pleasantly surprised how well this spot remover worked. I tested it on several types of stains. The first stain was an old pet stain that was in the carpet when I purchased my home. The carpet was a very light beige, so the stain was noticeable. I let the spot remover sit for a while and then used a steam cleaner. Success - the stain was gone. The second stain was from spaghetti sauce on a white shirt. It came out in the wash after pretreating with the spot remover. The third stain was a mystery - either grease from a tool or wood ash from my wood stove. It did not come out in the wash, so I pre-soaked it with the spot remover and with a little rubbing and some hot water, it came out.
