The window is built good and looks great. We installed it in our kitchen. The window was delivered in three pieces with no instructions how to put it together. We had to take a minute to figure how to assemble it. However, we are completely satisfied with the window.

Surprised that it arrived in 3 pieces but it sure made it easier to transport. Once it was put together and installed it looks great!

Nice window Instructions unclear, online and the paper ones that came with.

Perfect. Much better than the one blown out by Hurricane Michael. Dimensions were exactly as advertised.

As with most things Home Depot, they sell anything to anyone. In MN you are supposed to have a U rating of .32 on your windows. This window, while beautiful, has a U rating of .44. Because it was a special order of course Home Depot would not have taken it back if our inspector had not passed it.

Seems to be well built, My opinion is its a good buy, I liked the three windows so much I purchased two sliding patio doors.

Fairly easy to assemble and install, directions are a little lacking in detail but not hard to figure out. Had it put together and installed in one day.

The window came in 3 pieces on a pallet and wrapped in foam and plastic, which Home Depot helped me remove and place into my SUV. I was able to install it myself, starting with the center section, then sliding in each side and installing the included screws to secure to the center section. The windows operate smoothly and the levers seem to pull then window closed tightly. The included screens are good quality. A white silicone tube of calk for a calk gun was included. Everything fit together well. I would recommend this window.

this window came in three pieces and had to be put together. no metal in frame so was rather weak when moving, the casement windows when open have slack in mechanism and will move some with out cranking. (like if it is a windy day). they do look good and were inexpensive compared to others.

I was not happy with the delivery at all. They left my shipment at the end of the driveway. There was a manufacturing defect in the window that caused a bubble in the window. :( Where was the quality inspection before it was shipped? If I noticed it, why didn't they. The window was expensive!

This window was shipped in three sections. There was no written instructions with it but it is pretty self explanatory. It was simple to put together and was very easy to install. For the money I feel it was a very good buy. It more than met my expectations. I can always depend on Home Depot for a good Quality product at a fair price. I would highly recommend this product.

window comes in 3 sections with no idea how to put them together after taking the latch off I was able screw them together. 83inx48in is the rough opening size NOT THE WINDOW SIZE, . this made some trouble I had the rough opening framed in at 83.5inx48.5in this made the rough opening to large for the window . care full when you screw you the window together as not to get the out side windows out of square

We love the window but there needs to be installation instructions. This comes in 3 units with screws sticking out through sides of small windows. It appears that you would screw the side window into the picture window but in order to do that the window latch bar has to be removed to get to the screws.

The window is shipped in three pieces with no assembly instructions. However, assembly is easy and simple. Overall great window for the price.

I was surprised that this assembly came in 3 boxes, I expected a single unit with a nailing flange, in lieu of 3 pieces. There were no instructions included with the windows and I have yet to find a place to ask a few simple questions, such as: is caulking required between the three pieces? Are there any special flashing requirements at the seams? I see screws in the side panels, should I back them out and screw them into the center section? This assembly might be fine, but without directions, it stinks.

Nice windows. No complaints. Went in easy and seal well on the ones that open.

The seal of swing window is really bad. Only one lock is on each swing window.
