So far, excellent purchase.

Grilling done right and evenly

This will be my fourth Weber grill in more than 33 years. The one being replaced is 14 years old and it replaced a 7 year old Weber that operated on natural gas and could not be used where I currently live. It is also the fourth Weber grill that I have purchased from Home Depot. I'm a 40 year shopper at Home Depot and have never had a bad experience. This grill was purchased on line and delivered to my house. I doesn't get any better.

I was very disappointed with the way Home Depot handled this purchase. I called and ordered this grill and I requested that it be assembled. I was told that the local Home Depot in Waldorf, MD will assemble it free of charge and I will have to pay to have it shipped to my son's home. I said okay, that I will pay for the shipping. I was surprised when my son told me that the grill was delivered unassembled. When I called your Customer Representative, she was not very helpful in understanding my issue. I was told that my grill will be assembled, and it was not. Needless to say my son's grill is still unassembled.

Cheaply made not the same quality thin material !!! Buyers beware

Selection and pickup were straight forward. The weight of the box would have been good to know up front. I think only the weight of the assembled grilled is posted.

Was what we wanted and are enjoying it nightly

Disappointed. Weber usually has great products, however this one had issues out of the box. One of the burners doesnt work so the grill never really heats up.

Superb set of instructions for assembly. Best of any system I have ever had to assemble. It took 5 hours of work but that was inherent to the first time of assembling this grill. The grill itself has been used several times and its outstanding ratings is well deserved.

The grill meet all of my expectations. It was easy to put together and is extremely sturdy. Works great and looks great. It’s a pleasure to grill when you have the right equipment.

I have a pellet grill too and wanted a gas grill for searing meat. This grill is perfect for me. Cast iron grates produce nice wide sear marks. Cooks even across the grill. The side burner works great for sauté. Just buy it!

I expected more from a brand such as Weber. I bought this in May 2021, and about a year in, the side burner started spewing out orange flames even at the lowest setting and covering pots and pans in a thick layer of black soot. It is now virtually unusable, although the grill still works well. Even more frustratingly, although I wasn’t excited about having to buy replacement parts so soon, the side burner isn’t even available on the Weber website for sale. Buy four cheap grills for the price.

This grill exceeded my expectations

Overall expected Weber quality except for the plastic washers and pulling out the drip tray clearance with the door.

I replaced my old Weber grill with this one and I love it. The price is great for what an awesome product it is.

I absolutely love this grill except the wheels. It does not allow me to roll it across my yard easily because the wheels are so small. My fault for not paying attention when I purchased it. My previous grills have always had two large wheels on one side so I could pick up the other side and roll it anywhere that I wanted easily. This grill must be picked up by two people to move over the grass :(
