[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 10 days ago. I love the ease of adjusting the shelves. I love, love, love the light in the freezer.

We purchased this refrigerator in Nov 2019 and to date we have had to have their certified repair technician come out on Mar 31st, Apr 10th, Apr 16th, Apr 23rd, May 14th and they will be back AGAIN on May 19th. All of these visits are due to a water leak that continues to occur within the refrigerator. They have replaced every part within the freezer and including the diffuser in the refrig and it STILL LEAKS. This WILL be the last visit as I have been patient enough and will escalate this issue if this appliance isn't scheduled for replacement in the next few days or my purchase refunded.

The refrigerator size and features are perfect for our family. The black finish is easy to clean and looks great. We love the deep shelves. We can fit two pitchers of tea, a gallon of milk and our large cake plate on the main shelf. The freezer shelf is not adjustable but we can fit a good bit inside. (see picture)

Love it, so much room!

Bought this refrigerator several months ago. Great capacity, love the lighting especially in freezer, and love the Black Stainless finish. A few negatives - The motor when running is very loud, hard to change shelves in door (snap in - possibly crack), Freezer door shelving - items fall out the bottom as either door isn't deep enough or crossbar isn't wide enough to hold in items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had Bought a whirlpool In July and it froze cans of soda in the bottom of the refrigerator And they could not fix it after putting in two compressors, and I just had a new refrigerator delivered last week and the soda was freezing in the box plus celery, and other items in the lower compartments are freezing. I don’t even know what to do anymore obviously I’m not giving it a good report.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the fridge 2 weeks ago. The shelving and controls are very convient. The reason for the rating of 2 is due to the noise. It is very loud when running. It appears to be caused by the compressor, not the fan. It is so loud that it is difficult to have a normal conversation while it is running. A certified repairman could not fix the problem.

Came with broken compressor, three days after sept refused to exchange, Whirlpool warranty service were good.

Just got ours yesterday. It's beautiful and holds so much food. The butter dish can hold 3 lbs of butter. But everyone's telling the truth when they say it's loud. Works for us since our kitchen is in the back of the house, but I wouldn't put it in an open concept. Delivery team was professional and fast. Excellent experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's beautiful -- love the black stainless steel - looks great with my other black appliances, although may have to upgrade them to the same finish. The refrigerator and freezer seem bigger, which is a plus - it's the same refrigerator I previously owned. Only negative is door shelving is hard to change. Must snap pieces in place and concerned they may crack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only problems I’ve had is that I ordered online I didn’t realize how short and squatty this refrigerator is. There’s a lot of bending to get to the back of the refrigerator it’s very deep so the cubic footage is good. The other problems are the handles are loose. I think it’s because two of the screws were missing at delivery and I’m trying to get replacement screws now. Functionally, it’s great, freezer is very roomy.

I still think I might be OK with this product if it had come complete. But the door handles are shipped inside the unit for the buyer to attach & mine came without the screws to attach them & the main compartment door doesn't even have holes for the screws. The freezer door has the holes but the main door doesn't have them, only slight dimples where the holes should be. I called Whirlpool & after repeating the problem to 3 reps & 10 days later, no repair, no follow up by HD, Whirlpool or the repair service that Whirlpool sent a work order to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my new refrigerator. There are only a couple things that I've noticed that I'm not quite pleased with though. The shelves in the freezer door have this big gap where things fall through it making it hard to put anything small on them. I've also noticed that the door to the fridge has a noise every time it is opened.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We started using this refrigerator after completing our new home. Absolutely happy with it.

We've had it for just over 6 months and its been real good so far. We didn't want an ice maker or water dispenser and ours doesn't have either so that's good. I'm still figuring out how to clean the coils - they didn't seem to be too dirty in the front. I'll check the back later I guess to see if there's anything back there. Maybe not. Not too sure I cleaned everything out there but there wasn't too much there really even though we have cats that shed. Its real quiet especially compared to the last fridge which was a 30 year old GE. I had a bit of trouble putting the grille back on the front after I cleaned the coils but when I opened the door I was able to do it a lot easier though I had to use a screwdriver to kinda bend down the brass clip at the top while I put it on.

Meets all of my expectations and great upgrade!
