Rated 4 out of 5 by Exact replacement…………. Easy to install………….. Tip…...save the clips from the old key chain. The new clips on the replacement are difficult to use when, adjusting the length of the chain. November 5, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by OEM good quality Got spares too as it seems this original mfr brand is better value since it's better quality March 12, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Product with Poor Instructions This is the best product for your Kohler toilet: well made and reasonably priced. It also allows you to adjust the float so that you can save the Earth's resource, water. This gem can make your low flow toilet even lower...just by adjusting the float to a lower point (towards the earth). I would make my public bathroom regular flow but these floats in the remaining bathrooms could save 1000s of gallons of water each year. You will need to train your family to hold the handle down for as long as they suspect is needed for the flush. The instructions are terrible and I suggest watching a YouTube video for visual help. Rated 5 out of 5 by Better than the generics I used to buy the generic toilet bowl flappers. I not only bought the black ones but also the lifetime Guarenteed red ones and have been disappointed that they leaked and/or lasted less than a year. I paid a little more for this version but so far a much better value. No leaks and easy install. It just works! August 12, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Works (Generic did not) I tried generic flappers - those leaked. Eventually read the label under the tank lid (Kohler 4620). That referenced part no. 84225; That part no. has been superseded by GP85160. Bought two at Home Depot. Problem solved. The GP85160 is a little more flexible than the generic. Also, the nub under the flapper is a bit smaller. Spend the extra $$ and save yourself alot of frustration. November 27, 2012
