This store has always been clean and well organized and plenty of stock. We have enjoyed getting the help and information and good service from many of the employees and sometimes manager. We have also enjoyed the way they have protected customers during this strange time of pandemic, and still be of good service. They have maintained a very well respected store and business in this community in a welcoming and always open door policy. We are quite pleased with the Home Depot presence and will continue to support them all. And, on top of all this, their prices are quite attractive! Thank you!

After not receiving help from 4 associates at the customer service desk. I ran into James on my way out. I thought I would give it one more try. James went above and beyond helping me.

he staff were outstanding in their pursuit of helping me. The thing that might help would be putting people with their own expertise in departments THEY feel comfortable! Our assistant was way out of his comfort zone for sure, and he had a very pleasant attitude. I felt sorry he was being asked questions he was not prepared for. His coworkers tried to help, and were great!

the store is ok. since i live far from it it is pain to go there because they wouldn't ship something to me. Then trying to get help was almost impossible.

I often stop at this store as they are in a good placement in town for me. For the most part I have had great service. When ever I need s supply they seem to be the first store I think of.

I placed an order for a new refrigerator and microwave during the labor day sales. I had a schedule delivery date and 4 day's prior to that date Home Depot called and said that my order had been cancelled with no reason given. I had to place a new order for my appliances and the delivery date is 2 more week's out. Poor shopping experience with how my original order was cancelled and then had to be redone. If my order was delayed I would be more understanding.

On this trip, I needed to order an item to be delivered to a clients home. I worked with Mason at the Order Desk. He was professional, polite and efficient.

I love our local Home Depot and the service they provide. Brigida will brighten your day if you get the pleasure of seeing her at checkout. Employees are always kind and helpful. We couldn't have done all the work ourselves on our home without the help of several of the knowledgeable employees that work there.

I have purchased many garden items from this store and always have good luck. I also have bought materials for backsplash and received help every time from the employees in each department.

When I need answers to a particular plumbing problem , I always seek Perry to help me. He is very courteous and above all very knowledgeable. Perry always takes the time to listen and gives his professional opinion and advice to a problem I may have.

The gardening section is excellent.

Bozeman has a great 'AAA" HOME DEPOT STORE! Of course there is always some room to improve on the little things, and the little things count much! But, I think that overall this is a great place to go for the "pro" as well as for any home owner! Thanks HOME DEPOT!

You can find helpers pretty easily - yay!

Inadequate number or non-existent number of cashiers except for the Pro Desk area. Poorly trained personnel running the self-checkout area. Generally a chaotic check-out experience.

Ken was a pleasure to work with found the rototiller I wanted and did the purchase over the phone even got my military discount and the tiller was already assembled. Very handy!

Derrek greeted me today and took me to the area of the store to find the specific product I needed. So very helpful! It is such a big store I could have spent a lot of time hunting around! And then there was Perry, who is ALWAYS SUPER HELPFUL with my husband and my plumbing needs. I'll tell you...your employees in our local Bozeman Home Depot are FABULOUS!!
