The special order representative (Henry) working in Doors and Windows...was nothing less than fantastic ! Great help with our window project...expert knowledge !!!

I love how Home Depot helps me just get the job done the employees never make me feel silly for doing home improvements even though I am a woman. All the employees are happy to help and not condescending. I easily go out of my way to go to Home Depot to avoid going to other hardware stores because the experience is so great

If you're looking for a friendly, helpful employee find Perry! He helped me with my son's science fair project materials and making sure I had the correct calculations for things to work! He seemed genuinely interested in the success of my project and did all he could to make my shopping experience a great one. Thanks to Perry I got everything I needed in one quick shopping trip and he was so kind.

Great service. Friendly folks. Always take me to the items I need vs just pointing and saying good luck. A special shout out to Tom Kirby m, Dean, Jeff and Matt.

The employees were extremely helpful and courteous. Cheerfully helped me load my car with tiles, and made good suggestions.They had to find the tiles and unload them with a hoist from the storage shelves.

We bought a vanity and a very helpful employee ( Perry) helped us and went through a checklist to help us install! Very productive helpful gentleman!!

The salesperson who helped me was Perry. He was SUPERB! He knew exactly what was wrong with my toilet, knew exactly how to fix it, knew exactly what parts I needed. I couldn't thank him enough for his help. On a scale of 1-10, I would give him an "11".

Customer service is excellent. However, third party delivery/installation contractors are horrible! HD needs to hire its own in-house/local employees to do those services.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful and happy to assist in any way they can. It's a pleasure to shop there. It's never too much trouble to help you find something or to check for extra stock.

The employees are friendly and go out or their way to say hi or ask if you need assistance. The store is neat and tidy. Keep up the good work managers and employees!

Landon is the best, he is knowledgeable about all brands of micros, dishwashers and took a lot of time to talk to us about our needs. We made the best choices thanks to Landon.

Store was clean and organized. Perry helped my husband and I find the materials we needed for some plumbing and electrical projects we’re working on. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but he took the time to educate us on what we needed to do for each project as well as shared some tips/tricks to make our lives easier!! Thank you, Perry!!

I had to do my own "rebuild" project after a water disaster in my home. Kevin in lumber, Steve in plumbing and Dean in windows were each extremely patient, helpful and understanding; plus they answered my questions and helped me find the materials I needed. I am very pleased with Bozeman Home Depot.

Was pleased to find a Dishwasher in stock that I could purchase and take home the same day. Store associates were pleasant and helpful making sure I selected all the components I needed to hook up and connect my appliance. Appliance department associates were very knowledgeable about the appliances that Home Depot sells.

Great customer service!

I went into our Home Depot with some plans for a PVC pipe curtain holder for my daughter's talent show performance. I met up with Steve, he looked over my plans, made some tweaks and and then helped me leave with something I knew was going to be amazing for my daughter and her friends. I can't say enough good things about our experience here. The people were amazing! I'll never shop anywhere else for our home improvement needs!

Bozeman Home Depot is always neat and clean! Help is usually available when I need it. The self check out lanes are a great convenience to help me complete my shopping fast!

Friendly and helpful aisle staff.

As with other Home improvement stores , the Aisles at times are partially blocking the products on display, additionally there are not enough service employees. Or even fewer with expertise in the department they are assigned to . As clean as to be expected for this type of store. Other than self checkout registers, few others are open. On the whole the employees at this store are helpful and pleasant. As previously stated this is not unique to this store, I have visited other H.D. as well as competitors in other cities in this state, as well as other states , they seem to have a very similar situation. I have been shopping at this store for 12 years !
