Had wonderful experience with returning junk cabinets made in China. Cashier Elizabeth was helpful and friendly and made my returns easier. I have learned from this experience to not buy China products you have to put together.

Helpful, courteous and willing to advise and solve problems regarding any issue, I have found Home Depot to help with my every visit.

This Home Depot is very knowledgeable. I drive over 20 miles to get there, but it is well worth it. The employees are all so friendly, courteous, and upbeat. I feel very confidant when I have a problem or need advice for something, they are always there to help me and take the time to do so. The manager here must treat his employees good, because it sure does show by the way they all treat me! Thanks Home Depot!

This store treats some veterans differently than others

Rachel and other employees were very friendly and helpful, good customer service is hard to find, but not at Chico Home Depot.

All the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I was able to find all of the items that I needed (with help from the sales associates) fairly quickly. Also, the cashier was friendly and quick, which was great! I would definitely recommend this store for all your home improvement needs.

Customers dont wear mask at this location the staff does encourage it in fact the day i went the young lady was offering mask and another employee told her they dont have to wear a mask when its mandatory in california very dissatisfied stores are not helping keep employees and fellow citizens safe i will be contacting the health department to get this issue enforced more.

Bought a Chest Freezer today at Home Depot in Chico, Ca and everyone was very helpful. Especially finding us insurance to buy on our product. Store was organized and clean and full of stocked shelves. Would Recommend taking a look.

I was in HD toady 8/21/20 for a short time. I came across 5 customers who were not wearing masks. I inquired at customer service and they said they don't enforce the governor's mask mandate. I will not be shopping HD as they put all of our health at risk and thus are helping prolong this Covid outbreak.

Got a new portable air conditioner today for the kitchen. We really need one because it was 108 today in Northern California. Found a nice gentleman in another aisle because we were looking for an LG brand because of the video we saw from Home Depot today on You Tube, We ended up with a Toshiba, we didn’t; want to have to wait for an online order of the LG ones. I’m sorry I didn’t; get his name but I did get Madison, the cashier who told me that if I do the survey I could win a $5,000 gift card from Home Depot. Thanks Madison!

Store was clean and the staff was 11/10

Stay out of the garden department. It’s a pig sty and getting a cart through there is impossible. The quality of people hired there has gone down. It use to be everyone bent over backwards to assist you. Now it’s changed to being lucky enough to find someone and hoping they are not rude to you.

Generally helpful employees at this store. Most appreciate the ones who actually have professional or DIY experience/knowledge. Would appreciate if the store would have a couple of hours set aside for customers and employees who are willing to wear masks... it's frustrating to be approached by shoppers and employees alike who don't wear a mask nor allow distance -- clearly, they have no awareness, interest or regard for others' welfare. Such a simple precaution to ask...
