I redid my entire home and everything from flooring to kitchen cabinets came from the store or purchased on line and picked up at the store. Everyone is great and friendly

All the employees are always friendly and appear to be happy with their jobs. I would like to work there.

Love the Chico, Ca Home Depot staff. They are always friendly and helpful. The store is well organized and clean. Go check them out, they are great.

As a veteran, I get a 10% discount on almost all of my purchases.

Watch out for the tesla solar salesman. If you stop moving he will be on you like flies on ...... Unless you have time to waste.

Too few TRAINED employees, if you can find one! Store looks tired. Area around check-outs need restocking and dusted. Not customer friendly.

I would highly recommend Melissa Cross, Design Consultant, to anyone looking at carpeting and flooring. She was so helpful and the appointment couldn't have gone better or faster! Thank you, Melissa for making it so easy!

I got the help I needed above and beyond, Rhonda at customer service helped me with finding what I needed and printed out a copy of something I was interested in for a later date. It was a great experience, shes a keeper!

I bought a log splitter and there was one particular young man who was extremely helpful as well as friendly who literally made my purchase experience an enjoyable one. He should be commended for his work ethic!!!

This store had just about everything on Black Friday. I bought a small dog bed.

The employees at this store are very knowledgeable and you can tell their love their job.The store was very clean, the shelves were stocked with all the things I wanted to purchase. They have lots of employees that help when I needed them.

this store doesn't seem to think they need more than 2 checkers. Self check out is not for me nor a lot of people, does one get a discount for checking themselves out? NO

I wish there were a way to use my husband's disabled veteran discount when he is not with me. As he is disabled, it is difficult to get him up and out some days.

Was a awesome day, our saleslady was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and more. Betty Dorman was her name and she represented HD very professionally and never seemed impatient even after finding out her shift was over. HD Chico store has always dealt with us fairly, and friendly. Will continue to shop there.

Absolute customer service I have ever seen. You cannot ever find help and when you do they have no idea what you are talking about or they just point in a general direction of the item you are looking for. I will never be shopping at this location again and I am considering canceling my carpet order with them.

We are remodeling a home and have generally found everything we need from the Chico store. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. What we couldn't find in store, they were able to help us order online. The store is generally clean and easily manueverable. The aisles are clearly marked with items available in those aisles. I like this store very much

I had a wonderful experience picking out tile today. The Home Depot staff was friendly and the store was clean, organized and stocked with everything we needed for our DIY Kitchen Backsplash!!

I have shopped at many Home Depots in northern and souther Ca. as well as Texas, Oregon, Florida and Hawaii. The only bad experience I have had is the one in Chico last week. It seems the cashier "April" does not appreciate any military personnel either active or retired and she felt the need to tell me. I am there to shop and spend money not be lectured by her personal ideals and politics. Will not be back to that store.

The store was clean and organized; the person in the paint department knew what she was doing. She cheerfully and efficiently helped a very long line of customers without becoming distracted or frazzled. She helped me perfectly match two paint colors.

I find that anytime I shop at the Chico Home Depot the employees are more than ready to help. In fact compared to other stores I have found that they go out of there way to assist us. Yesterday we were there and my husband is recovering from a broken ankle so was using the motorized scooter. When we were loading up the car a young man came over and helped and then drove the scooter back inside. I was sorry I didn't get his name.
