this home depot doesn't seem to keep things stocked very well. Employees are knowledgeable but they never seem to be around when you need one, or they just ignore you.

Hopefully a manager from Home Depot reads what I already wrote about one of your employees previously in this survey and takes the appropriate measures to acknowledge said employee. Thank You

Klamath Falls Home Depot is the best!

The employees DO want to help you. I have been to some and they couldnt be bothered. I will recommend this tho. When telling a person where to go,look at them as you're talking, its hard trying to hear over a mask when ones hearing aid can only do so much. This one everyone wants to help. The pandemic was not a hindrance to people doing yard work for sure.

Home Depot in Klamath Falls has the worst customer service. No one can answer questions and they promise they will do something and nothing is followed through. No one seems to care!

Always helpful - on the occasion they don’t have what I’m looking for, they go out of my way to tell me where I can find it elsewhere

I’ve been here multiple times since last fall and I’ve had wonderful experiences every time. All the employees I’ve encountered have been nice and helpful. Today however, the newer cashier, I believe, Lucia, made this visit far surpass all others. She’s newer and she remembered that I’m a veteran. It’s something so small but made my day. Thank you.

This store has no pro Referral program except HVAC. This store is lack luster when it comes to installations. This explains why the community looks like it has been patched together. Other home depots have amazing installers. I have been trying to find a kitchen installer and a fence installer with great customer service for almost 1year. Home depot help, Where are you installers?

The Klamath Falls Home Depot is the best one I have ever shopped at in all my 66 years.The employees here go way beyond helping me than I have seen in all other stores. This is my first choice of store to go to here.

I would normally have a 5 star review for this place but on my most recent visit I wasn’t given my entire order. I use the app and preorder-prepay to make shopping trips short and efficient but this time I was shorted an item.

The store needs to be bigger! This store is one of the busiest Home Depots every time I go in there. Wood is way overpriced.....2x4's need to come down in price and shipped by rail if they already aren't.

However I would like to see more employees asking if "I need help" or " is there anything I can help you find"

I found everything I needed, the employees were friendly. The only suggestion I have, is to respond to customer assistance, in a more timely manner, when it's requested.

I must say I dont do much big purchasing for projects, but am realizing how much more I can save doing things myself. With that I went in to buy all the supplies needed to build a Barn Style 10x12 shed with a loft. I must say that my experience was a 10 out of 10. I can not even begin to express in words how pleasant and joyful my experience was at this store. I went in with a list of material I needed and I was directed to the Pro desk to make the purchase as it was a large order of supplies. The gentleman that helped me was named Scott and he was absolutely AMAZING. He knew his stuff and would even give me tips on why I should go with another item instead. If I didn't understand something or could visualize it he took me where ever it was located to explain and show me the why and how of what he was explaining. He made my experience buying all these supplies so relaxing and easy. I went in super stressed out not knowing how I was going to put all this together but Scott made it happen in no more than 30 minutes maybe tops. All other employees were super friendly and when I do go in for misc. items they are all super helpful, outgoing and take initiative to ask if you need help even if they are engaged in a task. I would highly recommend this store to anyone. This Home Depot will be my forever home for home improvement supplies and equipment for life.
