Good store here in Klamath Falls.

Good all around store.

Everyone has been super helpful and go the extra mile to make sure we got what we needed in a prompt time frame.

We shop at the Klamath Falls, OR store a lot and we find it well stocked with the things we need and if they don't have it they suggest where we might find it. The employees are very helpful without being pushy. The store is clean and it is easy to find the things we need and if we can't find something we just ask for help and we get it immediately.

The pro desk crew at this store is amazing. Allen, Tiffany and Brianna take the time to know your name and greet you daily as you arrive. I have been a contractor and shopped at Home Depot for over 20 years and have used numerous locations. This pro team is by far the best. I have never been rushed on my order. They have always kept me updated on delivery times. Any issues with out of stock material has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I couldn't be more happy with the service or the commitment to satisfaction that this team has!

Well! Ruthie and all the other cahiers are friendly and efficient. I do not often require assistance because I already know where almost everything is. I spend too much time and money there. Maybe I should just go to work?

We were leaving the vacuum isle & noticed at the end of the isle a few items on closeout. As we were looking at a vacuum that was a closeout item, an associate came over & told us that not only was it on sale, it was 20% off the sale price. He rang us up right there!
