I went to buy some lumber to do little jobs and Kym across some discounted lumbers On the cull lumber cart. Usually, they have it sprayed, but this piece of wood did not. I’m afraid that it was mistakenly Left there, however I saw that there were 15 other pieces like that. I took a picture of the whole cart With all the pieces. I went to Check out the honor, even though he saw the picture so I Paid for everything else and took that piece to the pro desk to have paid for. Same thing going on however, this guy paged a lumber associate to come up to verified. He won’t suspend the one item transaction While we wait for the lumber associates. There was a line for Minh so I told him to do just that because I do not want to hold up the line. After 20 minutes the lumber associates came up and said why didn’t he just marked it down Instead of waiting for him. After all that the guy still rung me up at full price granted it was my fault for not paying attention. I have to go all the way back to the service desk to get it adjusted accordingly. All this could’ve been avoided If they do what they supposed to do train cashier. But in general, the employee at Manchester CT Home Depot are very rude and Disrespectful.

Always able to find what I need by asking any employee about any home project.

I bought ryobi tools and water heater and it give me good deal on it and i am happy with it

Kelli, the Manchester CT Home Depot kitchen designer is a genius. She can answer any questions and gives the absolute best advice with respect to anything kitchen related. I cannot recommend her enough. We had a great experience working with her!

Every time I have shopped at the Manchester Home Depot. I had a satisfying experience.

I went there with hopes of them being able to create the color for my walls & they did it effortlessly! And Nick D24 was super helpful and patient!

I had a disappointing shopping experience this morning. Rather than assist customers, employees were stationed at the self checkout area to monitor customers and solicit credit card applications. Ill be doing business elsewhere as I feel that Home Depot does not value their customers.

My salesperson walked me through merchandise on the floor and on line, and stayed with me through the sale with a cashier until I left the store. I would not have been able to choose and pay for my purchases without my sales person.

A very annoying Solar salesman located just when you enter the store immediately jumped on me and other customers about how much we were paying for our electric bills and our knowledge of Solar...Very antagonistic and started my shopping experience in a bad way!!!..

I just needed furnace filters and leaf bags this time around. Our Home Depot is always a friendly place to visit.

I am building a shed and I went it with the ambitious task of gathering all the supplies I needed all at once. I was quickly overwhelmed and thought about abandoning the project all together. That is went Davon asked me if I needed any help (to which i needed ALOT), but he helped go through everything I needed and helped me load all the lumber onto my 4 carts and reload it into my trailers. Just as impressive was Francesca as the cashier. She was thinking ahead to how the best way to check out everything was and how to get it to my car without trekking it all through the store. Her support was the reason I was able to finish gathering what I needed so I could start my project. You will not get this service anywhere else!

I have been in and out of this store for a two month period almost everyday. These employees are the hardest working I’ve seen. Even if they didn’t work in that area they walked you to it and helped you load it right down to giving up part of their break to help you load your vehicle. Thank you so much!

An individual can get overwhelmed among the many aisles and shelves but friendly and customer centric staff makes all the difference. The best staff in home improvement work at the Manchester CT home Depot. Keep up the good work.

The amount of time I wait, to be checked out a person that was more worried about another employee taking two breaks before her. She yelling to another employee behind her, so I had to keep repeating my order, prolonging my check out. The whole check out was very unprofessional, and didn’t feel like I was helped properly.

Very pleasant employees and a great store, hard to find product.

Waited 25 mins in the tool section for an associate to finally show up with an attitude to unlock the shelves.

I’ve always shopped this store however after my last experience I’ll be using Lowe’s across the street. The male employees in the gardening and plumbing area have a total disregard for woman and openly showed it by ignoring me and a brand new employee and I was ridiculed in the plumbing dept for not bringing in a hose adapter to show the employee. Meanwhile the hose adapter was for a garden hose which both gardening staff said was in the plumbing dept. when I’m fast it was not. This entire visit to the Manchester store was terrible!

I love shopping at Home Depot when you have staff on the floor that is friendly and knowledgeable about your floor.

I only went in for a few things but there was a gentleman working in the garden department (I didn't get his name but he had a lot of tattoos) that was very helpful. He stopped what he was doing and walked me to the aisle I needed to be in and answered my questions and was just very helpful.

Home Depot folks are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!

Bought it this morning. Can’t wait to start using it after charging the batteries. Taking it out of box and doing minimal assembly was easy to do. Hope it gives us years of excellence!

Things that I bought from Home Depot are worth it. Great quality products.
