DON'T KNOW MY EXPERIENCE WAS VERY BAD. I MEAN VERY BUT VERY BAD.I WILL TELL ANY BODY ELSE TRY WIDHAN STORE EMPLOYEES ARE SO KIND AND VERY HELPFUL.

Employees where friendly and polite and sales cashier Michele got me on my way quickly as well as giving me the option to sign my purchase up for a 2 year warranty which I did take advantage off

The Gentleman that assisted us with our purchase for the washer and dryer, was very pleasant, My husband and I were able to purchase the items, And most importantly they were both available.

I was able to find the items I came to purchase and I also picked up an item that was on sale. The item was a little difficult to find and I wish the Home Depot app on my cell phone pointed out the Aisle number of where I could find it as in the Home Depot website. The cashier was friendly and did scan everything in my cart very quickly. So I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

I can honestly say that I dont get to say this all that often with many stores level of customer service these days, but I had a fantastic experience when I went to make this purchase. I admit that I can often be a real pita when making large purchases but Justin in the millworks was extremely knowledgeable and most of all patient in dealing with me and my several trips there to size up the products I needed. In the end I felt very comfortable with the products I chose based on the advice received and ended up making my purchase. Now this Home Depot will be my 1st stop for future projects!

The clerks were friendly and helpful

I did experience racial behavior with one of the staff, who was present at the paint combination point. I was standing at the second place in the queue, the staff asked me to back off and insulted me to go back and allow the next person. Eventhough the next person in queue was against his decision.

I interacted with at least 6-7 employees, 3 of which were decent human beings who treated me with respect and cared about my trouble finding the few items I needed. The others were either rude, discourteous or simply walked away from me. It took about 40 minutes to get 7-8 items - really? As a home improvement contractor,I choose where to go for supplies. This trip definitely causes me to doubt my choice of HD. Especially Manchester. The app, and the in-store inventory system indicated 18 and 12 of each of 2 of my items, yet there where absolutely none of each. Lots of inexperienced employees (probably due to Covid). HD needs to train them, but they also need to be trained in being nice. Several were rude and non-caring. Bad business. I’ll avoid this store from now on.

Had to make two visits, and took one hour and thirty minutes to order one door. Workers are not happy campers to have to do their jobs.

There was no one available to assist you. Definitely short staffed.

Please let the manager know that he has two outstanding employees in Sharon M on self-checkout and Cary lead cashier. They made my day after I dropped my return card of $19.95 in the store by allowing the credit on merchandise I was purchasing. Being in my 80's every penny counts. I thank them and management should appreciate their efforts on behalf of customers.

Get it done right and quick at the Home Depot! When you want to get a project done but notice that you are lacking an item Home Depot is the place to go. You will find the item(s) and get the best price(s) and prompt courteous service without fail so that you may get back to your project and get it done right. Getting it done right is what Home Depot is about. The knowledgeable and friendly staff often will explain your options with in stock items at a variety of price levels. Most often the associate will know every item's precise location in the store. When you commit to a project your reputation is a stake. So go to Home Depot because the cheapest answer to a problem often is not cheap at all. It just makes good sense to depend on the people at Home Depot. Let them prove it to you.

Store is easy to get to, and they had great customer service. Cleanliness of items and product availability were debatable.

The Appliance Specialist, Mr. Richard Wood, provided us with an excellent customer service experience. He was immediately available and helpful and had all the info we needed to make our purchase.

The store has a reasonably good selection of products, and prices are in line with other big box stores. Self checkout is fast and nearly touchless. Employee compliance with COVID-19 precautions is spotty.

Called ahead and asked about a product and the salesperson was there waiting for me with a hard copy of the information I requested. Great service
