Go to Ashley in Gardening! She knows so much and will answer all of your questions. I knew nothing about plants and now I know so much. I bought 3 beautiful indoor plants. Going to come back for more

Excellent store, helpful employees, always find what I need.

This store used to best in my opinion but had really bad experience with a cashier. People like this represent a big brand is shame.

Ethan the salesperson we were working with was wonderful with guiding us with carpeting and flooring for our project. He was very knowledgeable and personable with fantastic patience.

This is a busy store - but they are making an effort. A smiling greeter with a sales flyer, plenty of people on the floor to help out, and two outstanding sales people in the carpet department that went out of their way to help each other and me - made this task easier and pleasant. I 'll be back!

Always go here instead of Lowe’s! There is never anybody there to help you. On the other hand Home Depot has plenty of great and knowledgeable help!

Best pro desk I’ve ever dealt with

The worst HD in CT. My husband and I went to purchase a huge retaining wall order. Had to load and unload ourselves. Asked for assistance but received none. They all watched us but didn’t help. The loading area goes down a hill. Imagine 2 elderly people trying to not roll down the hill with the cart to get to our truck. Then when my husband went to return the cart, he was greeted by a young male employee who said that he needed that cart but waited at the top of the hill for my husband to push it to him. Unbelievable!! One of the ones watching us but not offering to help. Totally disgusted!!! I wouldn’t even give you one star but can’t submit if you don’t give them a star. Again, unbelievable.

I had very bad experience with cashier yesterday. This has not been the norm. But the experience was unsettling and made me remember Lowe is just across the street.

If you need the basics and lowest level of customer support - then this conglomerate is the place. Purchased an $800 appliance thats in-stock but now taking 10 days to deliver. And their delivery? Will call the night before with a random 4 hour window....this is a weekday....when people WORK....to pay for the $800 appliance! Get it together Home Depot. You should be better than this.

My husband and I went to this location yesterday to get help finding materials needed for a project at our home. We had a great experience at the PRO Desk with Ziggy. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommending that anyone in need of information or materials for a project visit him!

Be careful with online orders shipped to your house, for some they consider it a “store” order and when HD cancels it with no explanation, like they did, they make you go to the store for your refund

I usually do not respond to surveys like this!. Marie the cashier is just so efficient and friendly I had to. When she on I always try to have her check me out. Always an enjoyable experience.

One stop place for all your home and garden repair needs, never been in a situation where the product was in out of stock. the customer support agent who I contacted regarding a faucet repair, was beyond excellent in helping me search for the correct part + coordinating the search with the team. She was warm, friendly, and professional. This is, perhaps, the most excellent support that I have received at any vendor and, accordingly, am giving Home Depot my highest review.

Sales Associate Sharon M is an example of excellent Customer Service. She is pleasant, very knowledgeable with product and location, took the time to lead me to the product rather than just pointing to the general area, and made my shopping experience the BEST. I will return to this store because of her, and will tell friends how helpful and NICE she is. She deserves recognition as an asset to this store.

The store staff were very friendly and courteous. When I called in to check on the plumbing item they connected me immediately and when I asked about the item the gentleman was “very” helpful. I told him I would like to purchase on the phone and asked if I could receive my veterans discount. He was not sure but said he would walk the item to service desk for answer. The lady at service not sure if it was Wendy?? Was very helpful and said they would hold item at reception for me. It is necessary to validate Veteran ID for discount or could ring it up and then would have to do another transaction. Bottom line they were all very courteous and helpful.

Every time we shop at this Home Depot we are so impressed with how helpful, knowledgeable and friendy the employees are to us. We've shopped at other big box stores before, but Home Depot is by far our first choice. We went to the store just intending to look at refrigerators, but we ended up buying one. With the current shortage of appliances due to Covid, we were not expecting anything to be available, however we were very pleasantly surprised to see that there were many choices that were available for delivery within a few days.The gentleman who assisted us was extremely helpful.

Everyone at this store is professional and Knowledgeable. Cashier Elizabeth at Manchester home depot is the nicest person I ever met. This is one of the busiest store and you always find people to help you.
