In rehabbing my daughters apt, I have found this location to have some Of the best staff I’ve ever encountered with HD. I’m from Atlanta and have been a long time stock holder and customer of several locations there, but I have been consistently blown away by the service of this location! The staff here have the secret sauce!

I bought here recently and had quite a large amount of material to purchase. They were so kind and helpful, and we got pretty much everything we were looking for!

I had a small $10 issue which just needed a particular type screw. Everyone helped as if my I had a $10,000 project:)

Every visit is worthwhile to Chelsea Home Depot.

My visit to this store was actually fun. The manager Jermaine in the plant department, knows his plants and was both extremely pleasant and kind . Will be back !

I went in to Home Depot on 23rd St. in New York City for lightbulbs. I was greeted by a staff member named Honesty who was so knowledgeable and kind patient and customer friendly that I was amazed. I highly recommend the store because each and every employee greeted me nicely and was most helpful At the end of my shopping I met Jose at the checkout as my cashier. . He also was excellent. I rate this store and its employees 5+ stars.

Maria who helped me with my purcheses and Marcella the cashier were both delightful.

Although I have two other home depots close to my home I love to visit that particular location because of the customer service. I love to visit the store and see all the new products and tools they have on display.

Have had reason to be at West 23rd Home Depot a lot lately. Grateful for the convenience and super helpful staff!

Laundry detergent and more

I was looking for several things on the internet, and didn’t think that I would find them in this store. I’m glad that I didn’t have to wait for my parcel, I bought everything in one place and saved time.

They have everything w/ amazing customer service to demonstrate all sale items.

Cashier "Randi" was very helpful and courteous. Spoke briefly with her as she totaled my purchases. She proved to be an excellent employee of Home Depot.

I went to buy garbage bags and was able to find what I was looking for. Neat space, also friendly and helpful employees. I was rung up by Sharon at the cash register and I asked if they sold hot hands for the cold outside and she went to get them for me by the register and even asked what exactly I was looking for. Very nice and humorous!

I was amazed by the service. Francoise when out of his way to help me. I will go back in the hope that he could help me again.

Any store or business that ignores me, even when I am asking for help to shop, most likely will keep their Items, because I refuse to be ignored with humiliation, but great personnel, gives me reasons to shop. Bravo "Grace" employee of the year at 23rd St., Manhattan store.

This is the best store in Manhattan! I always come here for whatever I may need from Home Depot which is usually cleaning supplies, light bulbs, etc. I once needed Paint and Lighting for my home. The customer service here is perfect. The knowledge of its employees in their respective fields is valuable, especially in Paint and Lighting. This location has the best customer service!

I frequently shop at this Home Depot as a new resident in NYC. You can count on being greeted, asked if you need help finding something and a pleasant check out experience. The employees seem to enjoy being at work and helping customers find what they need, The store is clean, laid out well and inventory rich. It is a joy to shop at this Home Depot.

I will definitely be returning to this home depot, best kept and maintained all 3 floors, satisfied all my shopping needs, best employees.

This store always has what I'm looking for and the employees are always incredibly kind, knowledgeable and patient. I was helped yesterday by Will and could not be more thankful - he helped me find the straightest wood planks for a film prop I needed to make and his help probably cut the amount of time I spent putting everything together later in HALF. Can't recommend this place enough :)

as opposed to the 59th Street store which everybody has the same negative opinion of, this store has knowledgeable staff. And they are pleasant
