Products galore! Phenomenal store associates. If you ever need help with your Homedepot account, or you're having issues with coupons, or you simply need Excellent Customer Service, please ask for Sheila. She will take care of your concerns like a Super-hero. As for the store, it's massive considering it's in Manhattan, and I bet you'll walk out of there with what you needed, or maybe even something better, and Cheers to the Amazing store associates!!!

Everything I wanted and needed was here exactly where I remembered them to be. I found a clip-on lamp and a set of bulbs and even a much better s/s sink grid for my kitchen. Didn't find shelving I wanted for my bathroom but that's no matter.

Remodel in progress and have found great help in the tile department, electrical and customer service.

The store is centrally located near Flatiron building, you can find almost anything you need here. If you are looking for larger pieces of lumber or cutting services, you will need to travel further uptown.

Whenever I visit the West 23rd Street Home Depot location, I always feel in great hands with the caring and helpful staff and a massive inventory that allows me many choices. Also, the prices are very reasonable and fair. I always feel relaxed and happy when shopping there because of the small town neighborly atmosphere. It's a nice oasis from the chaos of Midtown West where I live.

Found surprising new stuff

I was very happy to visit the 23rd street homedepot I want to create an aquarium with plants and found a worker (Grace)who had knowledge of which plant would grow in water plus the decorative pots. In another words, I was able to find what I needed in the city location

Items get broken and Homedepot has the fix.

The employees are kind, knowledgeable, and willing to help. I do miss some of the old products like Mrs. Myers and Method.

They have the best custom service experience in nyc, and lines are never too long

My very large bag of potting soil had a hole in it. The cashier was considerate enough to go downstairs and replace the bag- BUT I noticed there were several workers standing around. In a situation like this the cashier should have a buzzer that calls a worker to come and assist- especially if they are DOING NOTHING.

The store so big, spacious, equipped and welcoming. It has all things you could want to make your home and everyone else's home special. Thank God for home depot. In the name of Jesus, the store will go on as a blessing with unified team members.

This particular home depot is close to where I work, making it convenient and practical to buy things before going home. The location can't be beat either.
