I went in looking for a specific Ryobi battery. Didn't see it, an employee cam to help and they scanned the shelf and it said item was in stock. Kept looking for it, ended up 5 employees looking for the battery. And not 1 could find it. They were all so nice & apologetic. Ended up going up to service desk and ordering it.

Love the Home Depot financing options and the store has what you need for projects.

Jeanne and Emma were very helpful in our decision to purchase a refrigerator. They were patient and explained the pros and cons of each brand we considered. We were especially impressed that Jeanne had completed her shift but stayed until we were assured in our purchase. Emma politely took over and further explained the Home Depot extended warranty and our delivery date.

Looking for refrigerator and Tracy H. greeted us and assisted us during our shopping experience. She did not push but was also there to answer questions. She showed options for what we wanted on the computer. She offered us a quote and after discussion with wife we purchased new refrigerator and all services making our purchase and delivery nearly painless.

I enjoy shopping at the MINOT HOME DEPOT because of the connivence of the stores location. And the reduced cost of the items I need the most. The employee's are very helpful and knowledgable of the questions I usually have concerning the products. I also like the fact that have the opportunity to ask questions about certain building situations they may have some insight about. Again thank you.

This morning started out really rough. Went to Home Depot and the minute we walked in the door. We were greeted by Nicholas, who was wonderful and great, and helped me through my whole shopping experience, and did not leave my side until I was walking out the door and even offered to help load everything into my vehicle was the first time that, I was in Home Depot and had so much help from somebody. That didn’t even know me. What a great job. Keep up the great work.

Emma was so understanding on what I wanted. There were specific things and she was able to go on line and find what I wanted in a gas range.

I received excellent customer service in 3 different areas while shopping at the Minot store on Thursday evening the 5th of October. All the employees were helpful and knowledgeable. It made the trip enjoyable.

No Holiday Decor set out. Other Stores in the area have it out, other Home Depot store have full displays. When spending 1000s on this, it would be nice to have time to space out spending and have time to set up Displays in the yard.

Easy to shop there and they had all I needed. Plus, I love that they give a military discount!!!

We recently purchased appliances from Home Depot after SEVERAL people recommended that we order through them and we were not disappointed! There was a lot of inventory to look at so we were able to pick out what we liked. The staff was friendly and helpful but let us have time to shop on our own as well. Overall it was a great experience.
