Very helpful staff!!! WAY beyond what I thought was typical treatment at a home improvement store. Loaded my cart, and my vehicle basically without being asked,, very great employees,Huge kudos!

I am very impressed with The Home Depot store in Minot. I have bought thousands of dollars-worth of material at this and a variety of similar stores. This store stands out as a store with well-stocked products, a clean environment in which to shop and a staff that is exceptional in customer service. There is one young woman in customer service that is particularly helpful. But all of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and ready to assist.

I went in looking to get a door replaced. Shauna Kelley in the staff was absolutely amazing and helpful. Every other staff member that I personally dealt directly with was also friendly, helpful, and attentive.

Dylan was a great help at the checkout. Sophia and Jim W helped me purchase a work bench at Christmas time, they were really friendly and helpful.

I was able to find everything I needed for a project and the price was right.

These people make it worth shopping here. Every time I have dealt with them, they have been amazing.

I went to buy paint to redo a room- had NO idea what I was doing but I left with everything I needed to get the job done to include basic instructions and were to learn more. Great place with the nicest staff.

Dean and Peter in tool rental did an awsome job at helping me prepare for my upcoming flooring project! They walked me through the entire process and what I will need, from tools to extras (like sand paper). Otherwise, great friendly staff through out the store!

I like to shop here because of staff go out of the way to help you out with the purchases and questions that you have that place is clean easy to shop around good fair prices I would recommend the space to anybody a very good place to shop

I come to this store quite a bit. Everything is organized and easy to find. The app helps a ton as well to find very specific products.

The service was terrible! We waited for over 30 minutes for assistance. When we went to customer service to see if someone else could help us, she told us to go back to that area and wait!

From start to finish with our flooring project, we had the best staff to help us.

They have a large variety of rental tools. price is competative

Home Depot seems to have a better selection of tools to chose from at good prices. Huskey brand holds up fine

Daniel (Manager) was super helpful in assisting me with my needs. He answered all of my questions and then some. He helped me to make some very good decisions on my purchases and what I want to do with my home. He actually cared about my needs rather than making a sale. Thank you Daniel!

The term, “North Dakota Nice” is not an exaggeration. The customer service is above and beyond

This store, hands down, has the most knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate staff that I have encountered in North Dakota. Each one of these individuals put together as a big team has thrived over the many years that I've shopped here. From the bottom to the top every single associate employed by the home Depot at this location has always been, the absolute best example of how great customer service is giving to ANYONE, who comes to Minot , N.D. to shop. I am not 1 to write reviews especially any of length,.but in the past 5 years, I have been EXTREMELY IMPRESSED OVERALL!

I love shopping at Home Depot in Minot, ND. The employees are knowledgeable and cheerful. I needed help lifting tile boxes and I had someone help me right away. They even helped me load it in my car! Home Depot is my first choice for my home needs.
