Nice location items are easy to find.

you are able to find the products you are looking for easily. You are able to get assistance if you need it. The store was clean, organized, and the associates are friendly and helpful with a smile.

The employees are very helpful and smile. In a lot of stores it seems like they are just there to get a paycheck. Here they really seem to want to help you. The items in the store are easy to find and stacked so you can see them and the price is labeled so it is easy to read. I would recommend this store to any of my friends. I really like that I don't have to wear a mask if I don't want to. I at least have a choice.

This Minot store is excellent. I was greeted when I entered the store and it was very easy to find an employee to help direct me to the section I needed. He took me directly to the section, not just telling me what aisle to go to. He found what I was looking for and handed the products to me and thanked me. The store was clean and had plenty of room between aisles. The girls in the check out were very prompt, efficient, and friendly. They too thanked me for the business. I would highly recommend this store!!!

I was so impressed with Juana Taveras that I will personal ask her for assistance with all other orders we have in our home remodel.

My Sale Cashier Shauntay was working at the service desk when I called the store. When I arrived at the store I went to her, she went above and beyond with her customer service staying with this disabled veteran from helping me select the riding mower I talked to her about on the phone all the way to being my cashier so from the time I went to the service desk until I left the store. She epitomizes true customer service and is a credit to the store staff.

I find that the customer service in this store exceeds the competition down the road..I think the sales specialists here are more willing to help the customer too

Worked with staff in plumbing- bathroom, flooring, paint, hand tools, returns,& of course check out! All employees were helpful & kind & knowledgeable..

One customer service person was amazing, a dude named Dave C? He made my whole experience less frustrating. Literally everyone else just walked by, said they would "find someone" or walked me around aimlessly.

Lorrie at ceiling fans was so friendly and knowledgeable. Helped us pick out 2 ceiling fans. And Mary at self checkout was very helpful. Retrieved tape for us to seal a box we were buying. Very friendly

Very simple to find things and they provide an on the spot military discount for active and retired veterans A lot easier than other stores to find things and they provide an on the spot military discount for qualifying items. You don’t have to mess around with Mail in Rebates. They also appear to have better quality name brands than other stores.

I would just like to give a shout out to Jacob who was my casher who did a awesome job.

When shopping in this well stocked store with so many choices customers need to act at home and ask the friendly and willing employees for help. This big store and we'll trained employees in customer service makes for a most satisfied shopping day.

When I was Looking for someone to answer my question Jared (cashier) seen I was looking for someone to help me . Not only did a Jared try to help me, but when he couldn’t help, he took it upon himself to get someone who could answer my question. After Jared got Daniel (manager) to help me, he didn’t just leave, instead Jared stuck around to listen to the interaction , so the next time a customer had that same question I was trying to have answered , Jared could answer it instead of trying to find someone to answer it . Great employee and manager .

Place us always clean. Lots of employees all ready to help. Easy access to everything in the store. Using the Home D app in store helps too!

the first woman saw walking into the store and asked directions was not friendly at all , but the check out woman was very friendly and helpful

Dan spent quality time with us to help us purchase the best windows for our project. He was knowledgeable and friendly without ever being "pushy." I really appreciated his patience with my questions.
