Going to Home Depot as an adult for me is the equivalent of going to a toy store lol. I go and window shop or get everything I need for any DIY project I or my husband have. My light fixtures, paint, and gardening tools all have been purchased in that Home Depot. So lucky to have one near my home. You cant beat the prices there compared to other local stores.

This store is always clean. The associates are always helpful.

This store has always been well stocked, clean, and all employees have been friendly and very knowledgeable about the products in the store whether it was their department or not. Will always shop there over other home improvement stores!!

Donna and her service team provide the most excellent customer care I’ve experienced. Every encounter I’ve had whether it’s with her or the team I always leave feeling extremely satisfied. They work well together to solve everyone’s issues. Together their experiences make them an invaluable asset to the Palm Bay store

I always enjoy shopping at this store. There is a competitor on the other side of the street but I dread going there because They hardly ever say hi to me. It’s like I’m invisible. The Home Depot staff always says hello then follows it up with a question to see if I need help. Great management. Keep that up. Personal service and caring makes the difference for any company’s success. Thank you and keep up the great job!

Indifference of the staff is incredible. Was fascinated as they were RIGHT THERE and allowed me to load FORTY BAGS of manure and mulch with no effort to offer or even ask if I could use help.

My experience this day to shop with me having to use a walker.....and thanks to a friendly associate......I was able to get what I went to obtain...........plus Jimmy the associate acted like I was his only concern.....Yes, I was comfortable with my first visit with the use of having to use a walker....

Very nice store except for the people chasing the customers with clipboards. It's hard to get away from them.

We special-ordered windows and sliding glass doors at this store, working with Gary Newton who is a Millwork Specialist and a Kitchen & Bath Appliance Specialist. Gary was absolutely excellent in all respects. You will do well to work with Gary. His knowledge of product is excellent. He was very helpful in every way and very friendly.

Vernon, Jorge, Laura, Tavi and others were very helpful over the quick trip down to Palm Bay, 2-16-2021 to facilitate renovations on an old home. Will come again.

Kudos to Jorge in the Garden Center. As he was passing by me with his own work to do, He stopped and offered to load my mulch and even loaded the heavy bags of garden soil that I needed. Went the extra step to wait with me while I checked out and took cart to my truck and loaded my purchase for me. Thank you for your help. Very much appreciated the help without me having to find someone and ask.

Clean store, great help

Great experience tonight. This store is always clean and organized. I got some really good deals on some clearance items and was happy with my shopping. The cashier was super kind and friendly and that always makes a diffrence to me.

Great store. The attendants were helpful and friendly. They had everything I wanted in stock. They had plenty of choices to select from. I like this store and recommend it to all. I do some handyman stuff for others and it helps because I know what is in the store and I make recommendations to others based on quality, selection and value.
