This is a great store never had any troubles and the staff is excellent.

We received excellent service on our purchase of a new dishwasher that was on sale!

The store is spotless, even the restrooms. Someone is always around to help. Those are the main differences between HD and others. Prices are comparable with the others. Also, Kelli and Angela are wonderful, fantastic, amazing employees, too and so helpful finding stuff; I think they've memorized every item in the store. Makes shopping there a joy!

Great Customer Service. - I typically don't shop at Home Depot, I let my husband or whoever is going to do a project for me do the shopping. I have been in this Home Depot 3 times this past month and all 3 times, the employees were helpful - went the extra steps to assist me in each of my purchases. Employees, pointed out or took me to the aisle I needed to go. Told me where to shop for a specialty item they did not carry for my appliance. Employees were polite, all wearing masks. making eye contact, smiling and helpful or getting assistance from another employee when unsure. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

As a tile installer my clients used to use a tile called sanibel white but it has been replaced by a tile that has red back so if it chips it chips to red as opposed to sand color,i still recommend it to clients but it is hard to get them to use in bathrooms because you dont offer a bullnose that matches.

Not only was Annette Vandiver helpful and pleasant, she answered my questions and had a great attitude. Give her a raise....

I nominate Janet, of the customer service desk at the Palm Bay Home Depot, for "Employee of the Times" we're in. As I was having a bad day, but she made it all better, and I just had to rush home and complete my customer experience survey. I had made multiple online orders with multiple products for pickup, but even though the merchandise was shown as in stock at the time I ordered, I received multiples emails stating, in fact, many were not in stock. And because nearly all the items I ordered were interdependent, it threw my whole timeline out of whack so I came to the store with a bad attitude. However, much to my chagrin, and credit to Janet's customer service acumen, she took the high road, refusing to be drawn into a negative confrontation, she modestly killed my bad attitude with kindness instead. It took a while, but to make a long story short, not only did she successfully fill all of my orders (except for one, but she sent me to the Melbourne store to fulfill that order), her response to my attitude compelled me to apologize, and recommitted me to one of one of life's most valuable lessons and tried and true rules (especially relevant in these divided times), and that is all lives matter so we must treat each other the same way we want to be treated, no matter what. Period.

Laura in Customer Service is OUTSTANDING! She is professional, polite and very helpful.

If you are lost and cannot find your way around a hardware store then we are in good company. I used to dread going into hardware stores because I felt so stupid. The first gentleman I asked for help waved me in the general direction of the power tools and said hey - go over there. When I couldn’t find what I was looking for Michelle walked straight up and said can I help you? Not only did we find the reciprocating saw that was on sale but she also told me about the free battery giveaway that went with it she was amazing.

Cashier Debbie N. is a very friendly and helpful cashier...even she was working in the garden dept. at extremely high temperatures she still had a smile on her face....

the store was clean and seemed to be stocked. Employees seemed very helpful and friendly. I would recommend offering face masks to customers as they enter the store so as to encourage wearing them for our safety.
