Shopping experience is not a pleasure - lots of time on tge phone driving to store - store failing to schedule installation- even within the allocated time box u r forced to keep the damaged item - cause customer had purchased a five years warranty - dealing with four or five companies when purchasing appliances - 1 LG 2 Home Depot dot com 3 Home Depot corporate 4 delivery company 5pro installers and 6 local store - they store hung up need to drive to store

I placed a will at 6:30 am on 6/6. I asked if I would be able to pick it up that day and they said it would be ready in 45 minutes. I went to pick it up and they did not have it ready I spoke with manager (Anthony) he informed me that there was a new policy in place and I would have to wait 24 hours for it to be fulfilled. Which I would have been fine with had the let me know prior to placing order and planning jobs. Also keep in mind I ordered bundles of pickets and was unable to load myself. Came back the next day and still did not have order ready. Gave me pickets that were warped and split. Had to retune more than 75%.

Had a pretty good experience recently. Was looking for something in particular and Patricia in Electrical knew exactly what I needed and where to find it.

I had a paint spill in my driveway and I called up to the store and Gabriella advised me what I would need to clean up the mess. When I came into the store she was waiting with a cart and the items I would need! Wow! I wouldn’t have been able to deal with the mess so quickly without Gabriella’s advice and excellent service!

They had just what I needed, answered all my questions and helped me load everything in my car. Great experience!!

There are many Home Depot locations in the DFW Metroplex to shop with. What makes the NRH location unique is the interest by the sales folks in helping you get what you need and understanding how to use it. I wanted an impact wrench, and wow, there are all kinds of sizes and brands. Bill Allen in the power tool department took the time to walk me thru the options that would be best for what I needed. My experience is that Bill is just one of the best folks at this location that care that you get what you need. If you need a Home Depot, this location is worth the drive to get it right and for sure ask for Bill Allen so you can have the best information for what you need!

There is no one willing to help you in this store. Employees have an attitude and do not want to be there except to socialize with other HD employees

Been using this Home Depot for 4 years and if a product doesn't fit or work correctly they return the product and make sure we get the right part. I don't bother with other stores. I go straight to Home Depot for what I need.

I went in looking for certain Milwaukee drills and Robert one of the department managers stepped in and show what true customer service is and cashing out Christie had an amazing personality and made my purchasing experience amazing
