Great Employees
Just moved and was having a horrible day. But, when I walked into this Home Depot every employee was so friendly and helpful. It made my day a lot better!!!

    Bad experience ordering washer dryer set.
    I began with acquiring a Home Depot credit card. Once in possession, I attempted to purchase Dryer MED4500MW and Washer MVW4505MW via the Home Depot iOS app. However the total of about $1700 was beyond the limit of $1500 on the HD card. I looked for a way to split the payment, but none was available on the app nor online. I called your customer service line and was instructed that the only way to do so was in store. I went to my local Home Depot store # 6533 (Precinct Line), and went to the appliance area to place my order. I met with John who is a kitchen specialist, so I could understand their possible lack of awareness in dealing with appliance orders. They helped me nonetheless and was able to enter, what I believed was, my correct order. I paid the amount in full using the HD card and my personal debit card. I’d set it up with full installation and haul away. I’d then realize that my receipt had said the order was for two dryers instead of the set. I contacted your customer service phone line and was sent to the store customer service associate. From there they tried to transfer me to the appliance department,to which I was hung up on. I called the store directly and was routed around three times before getting into contact with with the associate manager on duty. They informed me that I would need to come in and cancel the order, and re order the washer dryer set. But that would require the processing time Of cancellation and allowing the banks to return the funds to the appropriate accounts, further pushing back the ultimate delivery of my items. They also offered to speak to their superior manager about possibly getting me the display units. As it was a Sunday evening, they would need to call me the following day with further information. Today is that day and I received no phone call unfortunately. I had to call the store, to which I was informed again I would need to come in and cancel the order. After ending the call with no other option I contacted your customer service line again. I was told the same information , that I would need to cancel the order. They informed me that they could cancel one dryer specifically, as to not cancel the full order. But I still need to wait for funds to process back to their accounts, go back into the physical store, and order the washer AGAIN. Now pushing back the delivery a full two weeks from initial intended order placement. I’ve not named names in this, as I do not wish for people to be punished. I simply want my product the way I’d asked for it. There’s got to be an easier way to do this. I could’ve ordered this myself on the app, having never left my home, in 15 minutes. Here we are, four days, a half cancelled order, trip to the store, five phone calls, one email, your employees time wasted, my time wasted later, and I still don’t even have an order placed for the right things. Please, someone do better. Please help me out here.

      This store has awesome employees. Luther greeted us at the store & went to get me a motorized scooter & at checkout, he helped me with it. Store was awesome! I will definitely go back.

                Horrible customer service
                Tried to buy a chair from the store. No tag on the chair, asked for assistance from the customer service desk. Cathy couldn't find it, got frustrated. Told me she was to busy, someone from lawn and garden would have to help. She called someone, no one showed. I Googled it, found it on my own... have no idea what it was on sale for. Unfortunately I couldn't buy the chair.

                    Rude and disrespectful
                    The male cashier Luther came to talk to me a woman while I was alone in my car to tell me not to use cashier services next time and to go directly to customer service. I explained that we had no way of knowing the item would not fit into the car before-hand, and he kept repeating not to come to cashier services next time said not to come talk to him afterwards. The customer service woman was rude, got upset when I asked a question and asked us if we had enough money to make the purchase. I have never been treated so rudely in a Home Depot before and it is a shame to treat a customer who spent so much money in your store like that. The only person who was nice and helped us get our purchased item into the car was the employee in the Rental Section. Your employees need to take a course in respect. We spent a lot of money at their store today to be treated like this. Inacceptable.

                      This is my favorite store period! Always feel very welcomed. Customer service is the main feature of this store. Always finding almost everything I need. Great people working here!!!

                        Incompetent installers
                        installation of micorwave unsuccessful- Was told by 1st intallers had to remove a row of tile- that handyman cost me $150, 2nd installation unsuccessful-was told I need to remove a screw in order to install. same handyman came out & said unncessary, so I had him install it right then&there. He showed me the removal of the row of tile wasn't needed he had plenty of space & didn't encroach into the tile- if we had removed the screw & repositioned it, the next installers couldn't have installed it so it would of had to have been removed again for a 3rd unsuccessful installation- INCOMPETENCE cost me out of my pocket $250 (even though I got a refund for installation Im still out of pocket $120-Which I want refunded back to me. (Yes I have pictures to support all of this) This isn't my 1st go round with incompetent installation either - had similar experience over a year ago on my closet door install from same home depot store. Would never recommend installation again!

                          These people are so indifferent to customer service. They run from you instead of to you. They think we are an inconvenience-Ha. We are their paycheck! They never know where anything is, or "it's not their area". LOUSY INCOMPETENT.

                                Hit or miss
                                It's often hard to find products in the store based on the app. Sometimes it's not out on the shelf but is stored up top. Home depot should come up with a better management system. Also it's clingy to ask customers to fill out surveys.

                                                Awesome customer service
                                                The man in the front his name is Luther he took care of me from the time I walked in the door until the time I left he's an awesome person. I'm a mom of five I know nothing about fixing things and my dog chewed up a hole in my wall in my garage he showed me where I needed to go and what I needed to get to patch up that hole and it worked. I didn't want to pay somebody $300 for something I could do for $15.

                                                  Christmas Tree Helpers Not So Friendly
                                                  When buying a Christmas tree from this location, be prepared to secure your own tree! The young kids they have helping are not so friendly. They’ll sit and watch you struggle unless they think you’ll tip them great. All 4 boys assisted a couple in front of me & then when it was my turn, they walked inside and sat down on their coolers.
