Lost my receipt to try to return 2 wood putty tubes but sales associate Vessenia wouldn't return it due to no receipt. Not only are the folks not helpful or friendly but their new policy makes it less pleasant.

Associates don’t want to help answer simple questions.

I accidentally left a $100.00 Home Depot gift card at the check out counter. I didn't know what happened to it. A week later the head cashier informed me that it had been found and was waiting for the owner to retrieve it. They were as excited as I was. The check-out cashier found it and gave it to proper authorities. Thank you Home Depot staff for your honesty and integrity.

Have bought a stove, freezer, dishwasher and refrigerator plus items that i was able to install/update/fix myself inside and outside, like paint supplies bathroom and kitchen fixtures and garden/lawn supplies

Karina is not helpful, disrespectful and shows preferential treatment to Mexicans like herself! Look around and tell me the demographics of this community and tell me if her attitude acceptable and even tolerated!

Mrs. Cynthia helped us find new appliances for our home and offered professional advice throughout the process. She was a pleasure to interact with and made our experience painless and quick.

Shakiya was amazing excellent service

Usually when I come to the store employees are friendly and helpful this time however not the case (I understand everybody has a bad day) but after speaking with manager Anthony I realized why the staff was so unhappy. Long story short Anthony The Night Manager on 5/21/2022 should be demoted he is not a leader and by the look of employees and their attitude I can understand why. Not only was I accused of being a thief he went as far as belittling me in front of his employees so if he belittles a customer I can’t imagine what he does to his staff. My advice is… get rid of him. He lacks professionalism and common sense.

It never fails, this Home Depot keeps letting me down and I keep going back like an abuse victim. Today I waited 30 minutes to exchange a propane tank. Cashier tells me ‘somebody will be out in a second’. Nothing. I ask 2 employees out in the parking lot to send someone out. Nothing. Call the store directly they say someone will be right out. Nothing. Finally walk inside and ask for a manager who comes out to give me my tank and nonchalantly say ‘sorry’, that’s it. If you need to stock up on fertilizer, the employees at this store have plenty.

While remodeling a house I purchased several items over the last few weeks, some I was not even familiar with, I consulted with few employees at this store and the suggested the correct product. Outstanding attitude.

We bought a Refrigerator and Dishwasher and Cynthia was from the start friendly and welcoming, she was very helpful in understanding on what we were looking for and did research to help us find those no debate items we had to have. So many employees today have lost that touch but she isn't one of them, guess you call that Old School.

Cynthia in appliances is an exemplary role of what customer service should look like. She listens to the customer and ensures she is taking care of what they are asking for. Great knowledge.

Erik was amazing he had the best customer service I ever experienced. He was so thorough and willing to help me. I couldn’t believe it, he was so amazing I tried to offer him a tip and he denied stating he loves to help people. He diligently solved my issue and I am so grateful for him. I wrote a handwritten letter to the manager of the store just to express my gratitude! Thank you Erik!

I worked with Cynthia to get a washer and dryer. I met her a few weeks prior and both times she was very helpful. I am happy with purchase and looking forward to being delivered.
