Terrible experience with the tool rental department. After returning the rental and checking the invoice, it showed that I purchased a “Damage Protection.” Something I was never made aware of and did not ask for. I ask the associate “Sherry/Shari” to remove this charge and she informed me that since the contract was closed and there was nothing else that she can do. I stood there and ask if there was anyone she could call. She attempted to page the ASM “Bobby/Robert.” After a couple of minutes, she attempted to get rid of me by trying to get me to go to the front lanes or to customers service. I stood there and she finally dialed the ASM directly. I was in a hurry so I even offered to take store credit or a gift card so I can just leave. She spoke with this ASM and he stated that he would only discount the amount owed to me if I bought something then and there. He would not even leave the back office to come out to see me. I felt so scammed that I just left. Being in the service industry myself this is unacceptable. I felt taken advantage of, even if the amount was minor, I never felt so scammed before. I will be sharing this experience with friends and family and will cancel my Home Depot Credit Card as well. Tool Rental department needs to really work on their client experience.

An employee named Trevor there helped me out in cutting PVC pipe. I didn't know that the PVC pipe was cut by hand and need 2 10ft 1-1/4" PVC pipes cut into 12" sections, so a total of 20 pieces and 18 separate cuts required. He did them all regardless the amount and his forearms getting the workout of a lifetime. He went above and beyond for me and I am truly grateful for what he did for me.

I came to this Home Depot location today to buy some garden stuff. I had some questions for the associate in the garden section and she was awesome. Jocelyne was amazing with a very approachable personality and answered my questions with promptness and professionalism. She made my shopping experience very enjoyable. Store was well-stocked and clean. You can tell this location has great management and excellent employees. I experienced just that today!

I've lived in Rancho Cucamonga for about 18 years. This store has a bad bunch of employees. The only reason why I go to this store is because I would have to drive farther out for another store. On one end employees are too high strung and on the other end they're too young and unprofessional. There are people that aren't a problem but unless you revolve your schedule around theirs you're not much in luck.

The Rancho Cucamonga Home Depot is an excellent home improvement store. The shelves were well stocked and organized. The employers are friendly and deliver service excellence. I will return again and again for all of my home improvement needs.

Home Depot is my favorite store. They are always clean, well organized with helpful available staff.

Everyone is very attentive and will direct you to right place. Cynthia from the Fridge Department was great and helped us a lot. A woman manager seemed to be calling her at the time she was helping us and told her she was doing something she was not. This was highly unprofessional and disruptive on the managers part because she was in the middle of helping us and I could her the manager on the phone getting mad in front of us as were waiting. Cynthia was doing a wonderful job helping us and also helped your store by recommending we get the Home Depot credit card. Other than that I love this store compared to any other home improvement store.

Been shopping at the Rancho Cucamonga Home Depot since 2001. Our hardware needs have always been filled; our questions always answered; and the staff is very knowledgeable with regard to their specific departments. The store has always been very clean and what better way to spruce up an area than with flowers and plants. That's the reason we love the Garden Section for our landscaping needs.

Lumber and building materials section was looking messy on this trip. The sections with metal brackets for fencing were not organized. I gave up looking for the parts I needed and went to another hardware store. Some associates did not seem friendly or greeted you.

Excellent customer service from Cynthia in the Appliances department. In addition, they had many products to choose from, which made us feel confident in the decision we made in the purchase of our new refrigerator, washer & dryer.

During each visit, I have been generously helped by all the employees who I asked for directions or locations of products. They appear all to be well trained in courtesy and more important, they know their products and locations. I am very pleased with all the visits I have made since you first opened. Thank you!

I tried to use Paypal and it was not in service anymore. I had to ask a couple of employees for help because none of them seemed to know much about alternate payment methods.

I usually do not shop here on the weekends because of crowds. Today I had to get some supplies to finish an art project. Even though the store was pretty packed, I managed to find everything I needed and checked out quick.

Returns department: Yvette Quite nasty. Very difficult return.
