Cynthia Rhynes is very knowledge and kind. She deserves a bonus as she is a good asset to Home Depot.

Today my parents and I walked into this home depot in search for a refrigerator for our garage to keep as extra storage space. We where immediately greeted by Ms. Cynthia Rhynes, she asked if we needed help or if we had questions, ofcourse I said I didnt have any since we had just arrived and started looking at the appliance selection. She then moved on to state that they had a promotion going on for labor day gave us her card and told us to ask for her if we had any questions or needed assistance afterwards. I loved the fact that she wasnt pushy and let us take our time to look around and when finally I had made my choice I found her and she assisted me with my purchase. She was really friendly and made my shopping experience pleasant. Will definitely be coming back to this home depot for sure.

Cynthia was amazing in the fridge department! She was able to answer all of our questions and we can tell that she is sincere and patient with us. We bought a fridge with her help!

Customer service has declined! Worst customer service I have experienced. I have always shopped the Rancho Cucamonga location and I have never experienced such bad service, but now , the worst service ever!

There are many appliance models out on the floor to choose from and Cynthia is very knowledgeable about her department. I will be coming back to her to assist me with my next appliance purchase!

I consider the Rancho Cucamonga Store to be "My Store" I usually shop there once or twice a week. Our store employees are always friendly, helpful, considerate, knowledgeable, and courteous. They always go above and beyond in making my shopping experience a pleasant one. The store is always very clean, well stocked, and presentable. I would especially like to thank Cynthia Rhynes in appliances for my last visit. This was the second time I have purchased appliances from her. First was a refrigerator and the second time a washer and dryer. On both occasions, Cynthia, went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed about what I was purchasing, very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. She always makes feel satisfied with my purchases and is always a pleasure to deal with.

Justin, was amazing! Very friendly, helpful, patient, knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, and nice! If you’re not much of a do it yourself type of person, you definitely want a store associate like Justin!!!! Did I mention he was friendly? One word....AWESOME!!!!

This is THE Home Depot to visit. All of the employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have had them go out of their way to walk with me and show me where something is located. They stock specific items, in the sizes I require, that I can't locate at other stores. And checkout is pretty fast and easy.

just went into this store, we've been doing business here for years... WHAT A DUMP THIS STORE HAS TURNED INTO. garbage and product dumped everywhere in the isles, can't even get a cart through there, not one employee making any attempting to clean anything, my only hope is that someone reads this and fires the store maneger. just hoping i never have to return there, find another place to shop for home imporvement

I had a great experience on 11/21/2020 two of your associates; Karuna and Christian provided me with great customer service, were very helpful and went out of their way to assist me, there was even a follow up phone call from Karuna to check on my order. I also had a terrible experience with another associate prior to the experience on the 21st, at the return desk the associate was very slow, people in line were getting upset and when we asked her to call for help she refused even when clearly help was needed, she was rude not friendly. For the most part I have received good customer service, but on the 21st it was great service by Karuna and Christian. Thank you. The store is clean and for the most part all the enployees are friendly and professional.

Employees at the door were somewhat rude.Upon returning a core for my battery, the employee did not understand this process which took 10 minutes to explain, finally, got my core refund, but employee forgot to give me my original receipt back as the receipt is my proof of purchase and further proves I have a warranty.

Alana was great. She helped my wife and I to find everything we needed and she helped us with the check out. We love this location because of her. She is a great associate and a manager for this company.

I just received delivery of my new washer that i purchased online at Home Depot. I could have chosen a competing store but Home Depot had an online video showing the measures that they are taking with in home deliveries to protect against the Covid -19 virus. The delivery went fast and smooth. The gentlemen went out of their way to install my washer and make sure i was satisfied with the delivery.

Front and cashier Beverly was able to help me locate what I needed it made my shopping experience amazing! She had a great positive attitude and I was able to get what I needed and quickly leave back to work. Thank you guys

Very unfriendly customer service people, no product knowledge.

I would highly recommend the store. If you need to get an appliance of any kind look for Cynthia in the appliance department she is amazing. She answered all of our questions helped us find exactly what we wanted we ordered it, paid for it, and we were out of there in less than one hour. I would’ve given her 10 stars if I was able to!!!!!!!!

Under these trying times, I applaud the friendliness and positive attitude of the employees. As a senior citizen, I always worry when I leave my home to shop. Home Depot eases my stress level by making shopping area easier with more checkout lines, employees being able to help answer your questions or point you in the direction of the aisle you need to go to.

The employees at the rancho store are all so nice. The store is always clean, organized and well stocked. The garden department always has the best selection of flowers. I drive the extra mile to go to the rancho store.
