If you need window treatments, go see Marcella, trust me they don’t get any better than her. I was not looking forward to going through the maze to get my Roman Shades, Marcella made it so easy for me. She was a great help, and I am excited to get them in 14 days. Go see Marcella.

I go out of my way to go to this specific store because of the great employees. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!

I have repeatedly gone to this location in the evenings, and the young men that work there are not helpful, they just stand around doing nothing, while the other workers are doing their jobs. We had a huge order, needed assistance, and they just stood around on their cell phones, did not help, did not even offer to help, and were rude. The store was not very clean, and the associates at the registers were not very friendly. The nicest one there is Leslie, if they hired more people like her, that store would blossom! I would rather drive far away to another location rather than deal with the un-professional staff they have there in the evenings.

The employees here have always been helpful and courteous. I know that when I go into the store, if I do not know where something is, I can easily find help and a friendly face.

CAUTION: Do not rely on the inventory stated online. Twice online stated quantities were available, went specifically to this store to get, only to find out either that the product doesn't exist on their system, or they are out of stock. VERY FRUSTRATED SHOPPER. Corporate and individual stores are not in sync. Don't waste your time trusting online inventory. Call and make THEM waste THEIR time running around trying to find the item.

TERRIBLE customer servic, after sales. No such hing as “free install.” I would compare it to a situation where you bring in your car for more nor service and they keep finding other problems until you are paying many times more than the initial problem. Sale transaction, itself, was no problem. After that, BIG problems begin. I’m not even sure that the install specialist had ever done a carpet installation. Do NOT believe your installation will be “free.” HD will find a way to get more of your hard earned money.

The store personnel are so respectful; it is demonstrated in cheerful attitudes, willingness to help until my requirements were met, good manners are always on display as is patience with answering my questions.

The Waukegan store stocks the items needed to remodel and maintain older homes as well as new construction.

Cashier in garden was NOT friendly or customer service oriented at all. She needs more training or not be a cashier!

We love how there is parking for Military/ Veterans! We found our product relatively quickly and checked out just as fast. Store is set up nice with a huge selection. Prices can be a bit on the high side but you're paying for quality. The sales and seasonal sections are always welcoming and fun to look at. I think a community board would show the 'building of community support' and could be a great value.

The employees were very friendly and helpful! Mike in Plumbing was outstanding! He was very knowledgeable and able to advise us on the materials we needed, making sure that we were doing everything correctly and our project was up to code. Thanks Mike!!! The store was orderly and neat.

Store could be better organized I find myself spending a lot of time looking for products that are in disarray and sometimes understocked not having what I need and you should have.
