The store associates were so helpful! They directed to me where I could find multiple items and then I got to the checkout and Rosemary was such a delight! It truly makes a difference when someone takes the time to ask how you are doing and does so with a smile on their face.

I was very happy with the help I received today. In the floor and tile department the merchandise I was looking for was not on the shelf. The associate scanned and said it was in stock, she found it on the riser and got it down for me.

My associate, Sam, was Knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help me during my visit. I have been to all of the home depot in the area (among others) and my experience today ranks as one of the highest. I usually don't write comments, but I had to say something.

Always providing great customer service, Ravi has really turned the store around with more merchandise, re-arranging some of the shelves to display products, and always available to resolve issues. Miguel, Greg, Wayne, Maria at the Pro Desk, always friendly, work fast to get answers, coordinating with vendors. Larry always available to assist in purchasing. Doug is great with knowledge on paint. Jerry is wonderful! Manny is always ready to go!

i HAVE BEEN SHOPPING AT THE WAUKEGAN HOME DEPOT STORE SINCE IT OPEN AND GREG AT PRO DESK HAS ALWAYS HAD AND STILL DOES A AWESOME ATTITUDE WHEN PERFORMING HIS DUTIES ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP WITH ANY LITTLE OR BIG JOBS ! I WOULD HOPE HIS SENIOR LEADERS WOULD RECOGNIZE HIM FOR ALL HE IS DOING AND DONE !

I found it so easy to look for parts or materials I needed for repairs required. If I am not sure the locations for such item/s the associates were always available and happy to assist me.

Twice now I've gotten great service and sale product information from visiting vendors! I just got a great deal on some Ridgid batteries with a lifetime warranty. Awesomeness!
