I purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot from Michigan. I have an Apartment house in Aberdeen and a tenant that had one go bad. Home Depot went out of the way to fix me up with what I needed and I'm thankful to them for that, I was even able to have my managers pick it up for me. Thankyou. :)

I just bought a house in Gray's Harbor and I am happy that this Home Depot is close by. I've been in four times in the past week since we've moved in and the staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Someone should dust items off before they are displayed to the customers. Everything else was great. I should state here, we have never gone in to this particular Homedepot and seen it so unclear in all the years it has been on the Harbor. We’ve been here before it was built, so we know. We shop here a lot.

The people contracted out to Home Depot were not friendly and Extremely difficult to communicate with. Could not understand clear english.

My mom and I were picking up a few boxes for moving, when we saw an inflatable Eeyore on display in the holiday section. We couldn't find any on the shelves, and when we brought this up to the cashier she called an associate to check their stock. The Associate, Jackie, was very helpful, she confirmed the last one was the display, then she got the approval of her manager to sell us the display. She the grabbed a ladder and got Eeyore down from the display. I was so excited to bring this home to my dad, who didn't have a holiday Eeyore yet. My dad loved the Eeyore.

Website said over 60 in stock at store today, and after driving 30 miles to store, found only 2 in stock. Had two different floor clerks check for stock, and both said this happens all the time.

I purchased a Bosch dishwasher with the expert assistance of Janie Dowd. It was an overall positive experience. Thanks Janie!

This store was good store until about a year ago and it has gone down hill. All the good employees have left, the store looks trashed, can not find help and when you do they do not want to give help.

No military discount on building supplies. Very disappointed. Out of $624. building supplies got $1.45 discount on a pack a light bulbs.

I shop the Aberdeen store multiple times every day. The Pro Desk crew (Tigrey and Stephanie and the Newbees) are always very Helpful and friendly. And lets be Honest I'm sure I'm a pain in the rear.

I have bought many things at Home Depot including my new washer and dryer about two months ago. I am very satisfied with the products and the employees. Will be buying all my kitchen appliances at Home Depot and anything else that we need for our remodeling job! Thank you!

This store is waaay understaffed, and undertrained. If you know what you want and where to find it, you're OK. If you need to call to ask a question, be prepared to wait on hold for a half hour. The customer service/pick up desk person I saw was lazy and uninformed -- sent me to wait in the wrong area, where I waited for over 10 minutes, and never once even checked to see if I received the items I was there to pick up. I ended up picking up the items in another department.

The staff at Aberdeen store is great from the painting department to contractor sales, and the cashiers are always friendly

I really enjoy my checkout time with the cashier on register # 1, I think his name is Mark. He's always helpful, knowledgeable, fast, efficient and friendly as a cashier

I needed assistance to find 2 items, and received courteous help, and the associate took me where the item were. Also, the cashier was very helpful, had my purchase rung up and ready for me quickly, handed me the bag, and seemed very kind. The store is clean and everything is placed is sections.

Shelves were not stocked and when asking for help, associate was definitely not helpful, had to prompt her to look at inventory, when she found out they did have it she just said she didn't knw where it was. Aisles were blocked with pallets of freight. There were plenty of associates present but they are more interested walking around with their hands in their pockets chatting with each other than helping customers or stocking empty shelves or wondering if they got a break before lunch. We drive from quite far way and it is terrible when the shelves are not stocked and we have to make anther trip.

When it's near closing time some of the employees don't want to do much, like help customers. They have an attitude that you can read as GTFOOH. (get out of here, it's Miller time, we can't be bothered with you)

As an older woman, I have been very impressed with the employee's that have helped me every time I have gone in. They answer all my questions, so helpful, courteous and respectful! That means a lot!

We were in the Aberdeen Store on Easter Sunday and purchased a Ryobi 40 volt cordless mower. The customer service was fantastic! We we were assisted nearly instantly and the cashier was stellar. Although the store was very busy, it was clean and organized. What a great shopping experience!

I've been shopping at the Aberdeen Home Depot for 5 years. It's a pretty good store. They usually have what I need in the store, so I don't have to hassle with ordering online. The store is clean, including the bathroom, which is great. If you can find an employee, they're usually very helpful, but there just doesn't seem to be enough help. I really wish they would cut things like boards and pipe and things for EVERYONE. I've been told no about having something cut several times only to turn around and see the employee who told me no cutting something for someone else. That is my biggest issue with Home Depot.
