We had a nearly 60 line order that needed to be placed. Our pro desk specialist, Bonnie, took care of this order for 3 days. Our first interaction the ordering system crashed on her 3 times. She made sure to contact us once IT could help her resolve the issues. She assisted us from the very beginning to the end 2 days later! She was a key person to making this order a reality.

Ordered material for renovation of bathroom. This store had everything but one item and told store to go to to get. I ordered over 20 different items including toilet, shower pan, plumbing material, tile and other items.

Almost every time i go to Home Depot I can't get the military discount. Since you have switched it to "using the app", it takes too long, or i cannot access the QRM code quick enough. Basically you've made it harder to get a military discount.

Although I have been shopping at a particular store, this trip was exceptional. I am in the process of a house build, and I am currently working on the interior of my home (new construction). This HD had all of the electrical wire that I need to full equip my house. The pro desk team worked quickly and loaded the products for me in a timely fashion. I will definitely continue to purchase all of my home build needs at this store.

I bought a shed and underestimated how heavy it was. About 6 employees tried to help us get it into our truck and were endlessly patient and kind when it was a no go. They got us all set up for delivery. I appreciate their effort and great attitude and even though I didn't catch everyone's names I wanted to recognize at least the team as a whole. A very good group of people.

had one employee waste 3 hours at this store. while another employee went to a different home depot for the same purchase and was in and out in 30 minutes. employees at this home depot do not want to work and are too prideful to ask for how to properly do the task at hand. I would avoid this home depot at all costs.
