The store was clean. All the cashiers here and people in the departments are super friendly ! I recommend going here for your next Home Depot adventure.

Christopher in cabinets is amazing. He was incredibly knowledgable and friendly. Buying cabinets for a kitchen is a scary experience because it’s complicated and expensive. Christopher made it a great experience and helped us at every turn. He even told us to wait a day to order in order to save us a large amount of money with a sale.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Especially Gayle in the window coverings department. What a fun and knowledgeable person! Clean store too! Watch for great deals and the friendly staff will get you all set up!

Daniel was amazing! He works in appliances, and was able to help us in ordering a dishwasher. It was a complicated purchase. Patient, nice, and positive.

You always will get some employees at Hardware Stores who appear not to like their job but Carl at this Home depot was the nicest most knowledgeable person who ever helped us. He went above and beyond the call of duty. we had a huge list of heating and cooling parts we knew nothing about that we had to pick up, I mean a list and a half. Carl went to the exact thing we needed so fast is was so wonderful, I thought we were going to end up there all morning but not so with Carl. And the rest of the people who helped us were just as sweet and helpful. Was a pleasure going in at 730am to smiling faces who didnt run if you looked like you needed to ask a question or needed help. Definitely going to shop this store from now on.

Employees in the store just point at other employees and tell you to go fetch instead of helping. Seems to me like the game here is to do as little as possible. I asked for a store manager four times only to find out the store manager was not even here at 12:00 on a Tuesday. I wouldn't know the attitude of the leadership considering nobody cared enough to point me in their direction but if I had to guess from the way the employees acted that is probably their biggest problem.

The store was clean and everyone wore masks. We ordered blinds for our new home, and Gayle was knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy. She also helped us with a purchase of washer and dryer. Gayle was very friendly to our nervous dog! When I come into a busy store like Home Depot, I appreciate a helpful employee.

To have an employee like Annette to handle your business is a pleasure!!!! Look forward to returning to returning to the store in the near future.

My experience in blinds was more than I expected. I went in with a slight idea of what I wanted and came out with exactly what I wanted without knowing. Gayle has an immense talent for finding what you desire versus what you want.

Customer service is great. Clean store. Winter the cashier was really friendly and caring. You have to know what you're doing otherwise I find myself looking around for a long time. Employees like to point where to go and not take me there. I can't find the ketchup in the fridge so that's why I give it 4/5 stars. They do their best I know it.

The customer service has been exceptional. We moved here from the east coast and the staff here is much more friendlier and customer driven than where we moved from. The associates were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

The employees are friendly and very helpful. It is easy to find things as all the aisles are marked. I have been here numerous times and have never had an issue with any employees.

Mr. Chuck Wright was outstanding within his personalized and courteous customer service! After walking around for almost 45 minutes and just being told by others which isle to go to, Mr. Wright walked me over several departments to not only show me where the product was, he also took the time to make sure I had the correct item!

Excellent employee knowledge of product by Ethan M, he knew the exact location and what item I was looking for by name.

The staff at the paint counter did not provide service or acknowledge me waiting for service for the 10 minutes that I stood waiting.

I have been shopping at this location for several years and have always been happy with the service, the selection and the staff. Even when they didn't have what I was looking for, they would call around to find it at another store. When I had questions about a project, they were quick to offer suggestions and even show me the products I needed. I have recommended this store to everyone I know and even used it when I was running a local construction company.

I found it difficult to logically find anything in the store. Plus, during COVID crisis, employees were not wearing masks properly (I'm a person of high risk, and I knew I was taking a chance going into this store - but I think they could have helped me be safer. . . ).

The store employees are very helpful. I found everything I came for.

Love the way this store employees go far and beyond to keep you safe now during this Corona Virus starting from the door greeters to anyone in the store so helpful. The line might seem long but we all customers know that going in and out as fast as we can help others go in. So together we can stay safe and keep shopping at Home Depot.

Do not promise your customers if you can't deliver. I prefer that they are straightforward and honest, because most of the time I can make adjustment and I understand the nature of the business. But do not treat your customers like we are degenerate or because we have an accent.
