I'm so happy I came to this location where ILSE, helped me in the paint department . She was professional , knowledgeable , very friendly and she went over and beyond to retrieve things I needed at my request or from her suggestions. I came here after several bad experiences at Sherwin Williams.

I shop in this store almost daily. As a matter of fact if I miss a day, my wife jokes that the store calls to make sure I'm ok. I highly recommend Home Depot

I was overcharged for multiple pieces of material...

My wife and I finally decided to remodel our kitchen. We had a few idea about what we wanted to change. We worked with Stephanie Cheesman and gave her our ideas and she did a terrific job of putting our ideas into a workable and budget friendly remodel!

The customer service was right on. As you know customer service is not what it used to be, but Judy was very helpful from the phone call where I spoke to her through my very complex return. Zack was also available and responsive when additional authorization was needed.

This store is clean, well-organized, and well-stocked. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I will only shop at this store from now on.

Went to Home Depot to compare prices for reciprocating saws and was fortunate to chat with George in tools. He was a wealth of information regarding each brand and their use of rechargeable batteries and interchangeability between tools for yard work and household work.

I FOUND THE STORE WELL STOCKED, EASY TO FIND AN ASSOCIATE/ASSOCIATES,CLEAN FLOORS AND SHINING BRIGHTLY, AND MATHEW THE CASHIER WAS EXTREMELY GOOD, AND FRIENDLY. MATHEW IS MANAGEMENT MATERIAL.

Long lines and what's the deal with all the dogs and even one in a shopping cart? Dogs at a home improvement store????? Home Depot must be rolling in money if they can afford that type of liability.

The staff at this Home Depot are always very helpful and polite. If you need assistance and are unable to help, they always find someone else for you who can. The store is always clean and well stocked. I also really like the pick-up service they offer with the Lockers ... so fast and easy to order online and pick up items.

They have the best customer service at this store. ESPECIALLY when buying big items they take the time you NEED to understand and how the process works. Mrs.Elaine in the washer /dryer department was so sweet to us

Employees so helpful, and great attitude

My wife and I have purchased many different products and services from the Home Depot. The front door purchased was installed to our satisfaction, as was the 2 toilets bought to fix a very bad water leak issue. The plumber was a perfectionist who exceeded our expectations.

Michael from the Lawn and Gardening department (Acworth store- Cobb Pkwy NW ) provided outstanding customer service. He took the time to answer all my questions and I didn't feel rushed at all. He is definitely an example to follow when it comes to customer service.

I've been to many different home improvement stores in the metro Atlanta area including other Home Depots. This store has the friendliest, most helpful employees I've ever encountered.

We had a great experience in Flooring over the weekend. We've been in the market for flooring for quite a bit but never found anything the right price. Lucked into flooring we both loved that was marked down. There was only a couple boxes left. Scott in flooring looked it up and ended up having another pallet he got down so we could buy enough for our entire upstairs. Scott was super helpful and a wealth of knowledge. Explained our underlayment options and how to put those down. Was a great experience and was nice talking to an employee that knew a lot about the flooring. Helped explain Will Call to us and made sure our flooring was brought to the front of the store quickly!
