Homedepot provides more options than any other store. The prices are always competitive and after sales and return policies are excellent. The overall store experience is great as one gets to learn so many new product options which are quite interesting.

I bought some cabinets and put them on will call. Somehow one sku changed to a newer sku . That changed the price as well . I noticed as I was walking back and stopped by the service desk and asked Bonnie to help me with the order. She checked the on hands and verified it . Discounted the the cabinet and got someone to pull them at that time so I didnt loose them

I had to returned a product. She took care of me right away. I didn't get her name. She's celebrating her birthday earlier (01/04/2022).

Have been shopping at this store for a long time. Always has helpful, friendly staff.

My Freezer died and I need one right away, I left my house and had the freezer in my truck and in my house in 30 minutes....great job HD

Tanner from the Paint department helped us to select materials and tools for our project (refreshing our kitchen cabinets). Tanner is a very professional and nice person.

Horrible customer service. Delivered a damaged air compressor. Had a dime size ding with rust starting. Wanted me to take another day off work to come back and pick it up. No replacement, just refund. They offered a whopping $50 to keep it. I wanted a refund but I had to take a day off to wait for them to come back… They had left my house less than 30 minutes prior! I paid $100 for threshold delivery. I have an artificial hip and ruptured disks in my back. They told me I could set the behemoth out in my driveway and they would pick up the next day. I paid for delivery for a reason. I didn’t want to hurt myself!!!! Anyhow, I felt like I had no option but to take the $50 and keep the thing. I hope the tank is safe and the damage doesn’t hurt it’s longevity. Did I mention there was no paperwork or owners manual? I got about a 6% discount on a beat up, incomplete air compressor package. It was supposed to be new and in pristine condition. My old compressor looked better than this one! Thanks for the pathetic customer service and disregard for customer safety. I’m done with Home Depot after this. I will never give them another penny of my money. Way to push away your customers!

THE EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT HERE, AND SO HELPFUL. BONNIE WAS EXCEPTIONAL WHEN IT CAME TO HELPING US RETURN 10 BAGS OF HEAVY CONCRETE MIX. SHE WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO MAKE OUR EXPERIENCE POSITIVE. THE GARDEN CENTER NEEDS TO KEEP PLANTS WATERED MORE, SO MANY ARE DYING IN OUR TEXAS HEAT.

When my wife and I got to the store, a person welcomed us with a "Hello welcome to home depot" (we didn't have that in our previous store) the Sales person (SHL3CPQ) did an outstanding job, it was after ours and he didn't rush to finish the process of the purchase, the delivery crew were so professional and gave me recommendations that were so useful. GREAT SERVICE Home Depot!!.

The Allen store has some of the best and most helpful employees I have found at a Home Depot. Sam in customer service is great! He made me want to keep shopping here.

The staff at this location are friendly and helpful. I saw an item online that showed there were 6 left at the Allen location. When I arrived there I could not find the exact item I wanted (did not see the color I needed) so I quickly found an associate who then guided me to the right person to help me. He looked up the info I presented on my phone and confirmed that the item should be in the store. He got a ladder/steps, began checking the stock on the shelves high above, and found the item I needed. Great customer service is rare so this experience really made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. I will return to shop at this location even though it's not the closest one to my home.

Managers and employees are great at this store. There is always an associate to help me find what i am looking for or what I need for the project. Managers go above and beyond to solve any problems that we might have. We were in the middle of a remodel of our home and during the freeze we lost all of our recently purchased paint, they replaced all of our paint at no cost to us.

Today I went into to Home Depot with an emergency. I needed a bed for my visiting mother, and I had bought one from IKEA - but they didn't have the wooden slats you need to support the mattress - and I needed this bed TODAY. At Home Depot, I met Wayne, explained my emergency. Wayne, with great patience and expertise, helped me find a strong pine plywood, and then he proceeded to cut it into appropriate sizes for the bed to make our own slats. Wayne really saved the day, and now my Mom doesn't have to sleep on the floor! ;-) Every time I go to this store, which is my neighborhood Home Depot, the whole staff is friendly and awesome. Today though, Wayne went above and beyond the normal awesome.

I had very good experiences with the sales cashiers in this store unlike the other two locations I visited prior.

Everyone at the ALLEN HOMEDEPOT store was very prompt, professioanl and courteos!!! Overall rating was EXCELLENT. The products that I was lokking for were easy. Assistance was what I needed. Store was clean. All the assocaitiendly and were friendly and helpful.

I have always received great service. Employees are friendly, helpful and listen to issues to get you the right products to fix issues.

Home Depot has just about everything you need and is my 'go-to' store for any project I am working on. The employees are always ready to assist and make recommendations -- a big plus for customers and for Home Depot's excellent reputation.

Im very happy with the Customer Service located at front desk. BONNIE - She will make any customer happy when we go with any purchase issues or refunds. She understands the problem so well and handle it very polite.

I needed a mini-blind wand and checked inventory online. Two different models were listed as being in stock. When I got to the store, only one model was on the shelf and it wasn't the one I needed. I caught Steven M in an aisle to ask for help. He called someone who works in that department to help me. After a few minutes, Steven M came by again to see if anyone had come. They had not. At this point he got a ladder to see if the item I needed was in back stock above the retail shelves. After a little investigating he found what I was looking for. Steven M was kind and very clearly service-oriented. This store should be very happy to have him as a team member.
