Excellent service at the Allen Home Depot #6502 as the sales persons are genuinely concerned about helping you in your shopping experience. They went the extra mile in two different departments to answer my questions and assure I bought just the right product for my need.

The Allen store is convenient to my home. I was looking for specific-specialty hardware items and the store had plenty in stock . I was also looking for a specific tool bag to store my belt sander in and the store had what I was looking for in stock as well. Friendly employees.

The Allen Store is fine and employees are great and helpful. My problem is with your Corporate management and their incessant sponsoring and promotion of deviant sexual expression through support of the gay agenda.

The store itself is fine. Just get your propane somewhere else until they replace the locker machine. 3 times in a row the thing is broken. Really? And why can't we buy a code online or at the kiosk? I guess it wouldn't do any good because we'd have to come inside anyways for someone to unlock the broken machine.

Workers are so nice

I absolutely love this Home Depot location! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about home projects or simple repairs. Every time we go to this Allen Home Depot location, we are always greeted with a smile! The Home Depot staff is there to help you find the products that you are looking for and will answer any questions that you may have. I highly recommend shopping at this Allen Home Depot location!

The employees are very friendly and helpful

The store employee explained the product (gas grill) and pros/cons of the various options to my satisfaction which led me to select the product I look forward to use. The checkout person was exceptional in assisting me; I had requested assembly and home delivery. She made the experience pleasurable and left me with confidence all was in order.

The service was excellent. I was helped by Sandy and Michael when I arrived. I did not have much time but they helped me find the correct isle and helped me checked out. They were very sweet and helpful.
