By far the best Home Depot I visit in the St. Louis area. The workers are always very pleasant and greet me when I enter their department. I`ve never had any problem finding an item or an employee to assist me at this location.

I always enjoy shopping at the Alton Home Depot. The store is clean and orderly and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I have never had a disappointing experience at this location.

This home depot store employees were extremely nice during our shopping experience. The store was organized and clean for us to find the items we needed. We needed supplies urgently for the COVID-19 crisis and the store employees made shopping easier by being friendly and helpful.

It’s a bit better than the other big box retail supply chain across the street. The employees wander around, do not help and you will not be helped loading at your car. Be sure to park and enter near the contractor entrance/exit because if you use the regular doors you’ll walk a mile back to your vehicle.

Had a few problems trying to buy a washer and dryer with them waiting three days to call us and not mentioning anything about a system problem till after we had to waste time going back in. Thanks to this they messed up our delivery date and we had to wait two weeks.

This Home Depot location has never disappointed me. The associates are very friendly and knowledgeable and the merchandise is generally in stock. I actually drive farther to come to this location because of these reasons.
