I had a big project replacing carpeting and flooring in an entire townhouse. I was so fortunate to meet Carole in the flooring department. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. She got us set up with the flooring, the carpeting and padding and the installation teams and everything went off without a hitch. She was there every step of the way if we had any questions. She is now my go to person for any future flooring needs.

Their flower & plant selections were wonderful. Went during the week & it was quite crowded, but still easy to shop. Self checkout was easy to understand and prices were incredibly affordable!

I highly recommend going to the store and ask him to work with Beau. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about every question I asked. I will be going to the store and asking for him from now on.

Dave in the garden center was so helpful. He really took the time to help us and explain different options for rabbit repellents! We appreciated his help so much.

I go to self checkout to buy my things and move on. I constantly am asked "Did you find everything ok?", "Did you find everything you need?", "Do you want to sign up for a credit card?". Just leave me alone and dont ask stupid questions.

Had an excellent experience working with Jenn in the Kitchen Design Department. She walked us through all of our options and provided great guidance on our kitchen design for our new home.

Home Depot has been my "go to" for my hardware and home improvement. This location is awesome.

Carol at the Apple Valley store was great. Very friendly and so helpful!

Went to buy electrical wire. Everything is locked up. Had to track down an associate. Associate then tells me he has to accompany me to the register and another associate has to ring me up. Really? Are we in the fifth grade? I used to like shopping in this store but getting help or finding items is getting next to impossible.

Seriously get off the phone while you're at work.

Dave from the Garden Section was very helpful. He has great customer service skills and highly knowledgeable. My cashier Carol was also very welcoming.

I came to the Apple Valley Home Depot on a Saturday, and it was an extremely pleasant experience. They had everything I needed, and an employee named Tom helped me with a problem at the register. He got it straightened out very quickly and had a great smile on his face! Will be coming to this location every time from now on.

Lots of people asking if I needed help. Other stores you have to search for staff.

My experience with the help I received from Dave in Gardening and Carol checkout was so wonderful; this is my "go to" store from now on!

If you want an experience, that will bring you joy throughout the day, find manager Dan, and utilize him at the Home Depot. He is so kind and fun and personable and knowledgeable. I’m so glad I ran into him, and I highly recommend! Just look at all the gold stars on his apron. That is from people writing reviews just like me.

Bart helped us in plumbing and was incredibly helpful! We love the driver carts at this store for our kids.

I choose Home Depot over other home improvement stores because their products have always been great. Sales associates provide expert assistance.

Went to return some chairs we bought online for $469 each that said 90 day return policy along with the other furniture we purchased. At the store we find out those same chairs are now $189 and only 30 day return policy. Home Depot refused to price match and would only do store credit for the chairs. Terrible policy and awful to now say it is 30 day return policy when other furniture is 90 day return policy!!! Also, how awful to refuse to at least refund us the difference in the price of the chairs. So Gross! My husband went back and returned the other furniture we bought that had a 90 day return policy. How disappointing to be taken advantage of and the inconsistent return policy is a lack of integrity. Home Depot is awful!!!

In the Garden Center shopping for plants and everyone was so friendly, and Employees very helpful

Dave in the garden area gave me White glove service. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I appreciated the one on one help that he gave me to get me in and out as quickly as possible since I was in a time crunch shopping over my lunch break.

Great service and great products

We just needed to replace our table saw. We did lots of research and found that of all the options, HomeDepot was the best in quality and price. But what was really great was each person that helped us was patient and kind and very helpful. Thanks to the cashier Dan, and 2 guys who loaded our Table Saw - Wyatt and John. I only wish I caught the older gentleman's name that helped us decide which Saw was best! Great Service!

My husband and I forgot our wallets and our cashier went out of his way to find my husbands account also was able to verify his license to pull up his Home Depot card and pay for the staff we had just bought with out having to go back home. Now this is how you do customer service. Kuddos to Ayman for happily being able to go above and beyond!
