Apple Valley Home Depot is my go-to store. It is out of my way, but the people appear to be hired for their customer service focus. I am always greeted warmly and every department has friendly, professional and knowledgeable employees.

Every worker is willing to help you find what you need. actually impressed they will come to you and ask. Can't say the same for other stores in this day in age anymore.

Just as I was ready to walk out of the store, in complete frustration, along came an employee whom when I asked for assistance, did not discount me (as has occurred by other employees in the store) and he assisted me beyond belief. I made inquiries and had questions, and he was able to assist in each and every question, and to provide me with all of the answers I desired, and he left me in awestruck. I would like to commend Joel for going above and beyond, in helping me to obtain the items I was searching for in the Home Depot. Joel even suggested some better options than which I had previously chosen. You have a truly dedicated employee in your store, and I just wanted to acknowledge how grateful I am, to have met Joel. I was looking for smoker pellets and did not know what to use. Dave In garden answered all of my questions. Did a fantastic job and even offered me some better pricing options. I was very valued in my experience here and will be coming back based on this awesome service Alone.

Showed up mid-evening. Place wasn't too crowded. Got all the things I needed and made it through checkout easily. Employees were around if I needed something but didn't pester me. Wonderful store.

I just bought the one inch M18 fuel Milwaukee hammer drill. The Milwaukee service rep in the tool department was a great help. I really enjoyed talking with him. Keep those guys in your store!

We've been shopping at the Home Depot in Apple Valley for a couple years now, and every time we've been in, the employees have been extraordinarily helpful, and they even seem to like their jobs.

We bought new smoke/carbon monoxide alarms. There was plenty of stock on shelf. store was very clean and easy to find merchandise. Plenty of employees working and they all seemed friendly and helpful.

I purchased a stove range as well as a microwave. I felt there wasn’t a great show room to display different choices? The person that helped me didn’t seem extremely knowledgeable about the products and how they worked? The person at the checkout service her name was Mattie was AMAZING! I had forgotten my Home Depot credit card and was doing the 24 month financing and she helped resolve every issue that arose to make myself the customer extremely happy.

Great Experience today while visiting Home Depot! Jacki in the appliance department is AMAZING!!!! I was in buying my mom in Texas a refrigerator for her newly remodeled kitchen. Jackie took her time and walked me thru while explaining everything a person would need and want to know about the refrigerators that I liked. Awesome job Jacki and thank you so much!!!

I had some cuts made to some large boards and Brent was extremely helpful adjusting my plan and showing me what would work to finish the cuts needed. In addition the cashier and the man cleaning the carts were extremely pleasant. The staff were kind and enjoyed working with each other making it a very welcoming and helpful environment.

Usually when you go into a Home Depot you don't expect to find someone to help you. That is not the case in this store. We were greeted by an employee in every department we visited. Awesome experience. We love this store and will be returning again and again.

If you want any appliances from home depot ask for Jacki. She is amazing and can help you to decide the best equipment.

Dave in the Garden Center put the Fa La La back into my holiday! My kids have moved out and getting a Christmas tree did not have the "event" factor that it used to. Dave started shaking out several trees and helped me pick out one that was "just right." Home Depot was the best shopping experience I had this season. Bravo, Dave!
