Went to the store to do a return, get potting soil and find a curtain rod. I remembered I also needed a window fan. Additionally, we found the exact simple plant we had been looking for to put in a new outdoor urn. There was a great selection of plants - annuals and perennials for improving my flower beds. We also purchased a window fan for our small home and are really happy with it!

It's rare that I remember all the employees names and faces when leaving the store, but this Home Depot is stacked with exceptional employees. Thanks Jonathan for helping us with the key machine, Sherry for going above and beyond to help us pick up a chainsaw, and Joy for your help at checkout. You three made this shopping experience memorable and set the bar.

Was a pleasant trip into Home Depot today. I found everything I needed plus some. The customer service is excellent and I look forward to shopping there again very soon.

I bought a tool set and was watched by an associate at the self checkout until a receipt printed. She stood at the register behind me and watched me. She was close enough and watched me so hard that I was very uncomfortable.

I have long been a customer of Home Depot. Whenever I have a project, big or small, I can rely on getting good advice or ideas from the sales people who work there. I like the way that they'll call another associate if they do not have the expertise to help me. I like the way they brainstorm ideas with me. (This would happen often when I needed to "build" some set piece for a play I was directing.) I like their suggestion that I take a picture of my options or the piece I left at home so I can be sure about what to purchase. I feel comfortable there.

Everything about this store tells me someone in management really cares. Unlike other "big box" stores, this particular one has well-informed people all over the place able and willing to help. The stock is orderly and they have a great breadth of inventory. Everyone from the person on the floor to the customer service person was pleasant and looked like they really liked their job. I'll drive out of my way to shop there.

I really appreciate the customer service at this location. Everyone is generally friendly and eager to assist. Their products are also a much better quality than some of their competitors in my experience.

They usually have what I want and I don't have to go through all the boxes to find it. Good inventory and well organized. I drive past other stores to get to Home Depot.

Received excellent help from Karen, Dee, and especially Sarah who found the item in stock (wasn't on shelf at the time).

Both employees from whom I received assistance were super friendly and helpful. One obtained and climbed a ladder to obtain a new box of nails from the "overstock storage" on top of the shelf. The other put the very awkward bag of soil into the trunk of my car.

Don helped us find the item we needed, walked us directly to the product. He was very friendly, helpful and kind.

Personal assistance. Paul in Flooring dept today assisted me to find best blind, best price, offered options for my glass doors and cut them to size. With the military discount it was worthwhile replacing both blinds. Excellent service! Very Knowledgeable, and kind. I will be back and will stop in to see Paul even if I am not buying anything in his department, just to say hello.

The Leaf Blower works great. The process of trying to Regester the product is for the birds. I followed the process, but the product I wanted to register was not on the list of products. So I finally gave up and registered it on the phone.

We have been trying to start a home project for 3 years and could not find anyone to help us understand what products would be best suited to our household. Paul in flooring was such a tremendous help to us on 4/25. We finally understand what we need to do and will buy all of the supplies we need from Home Depot even though we live in Marion. We are very grateful to Paul for his time and expertise!!!

Clean, knowledgeable and very helpful

I bought a new lawnmower with the help of a very knowledgeable staff member. She told me the differences between several models and helped me understand the best match for my needs.

I bought insect repellant spray cans and Bounty Paper Towels and on cash out I really liked the Cashier who was a real help to me and I asked her for her name and volunteered that if I got a survey on my experience I would respond and give Veronica my cashier all 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Veronica did not ask me to respond to a survey It was me who was grateful for my shopping experience so that I volunteered to be sure to give my in store experience as Excellent

Every time I go to this store and have a question, friendly employees always are available to answer my questions and make sure I have what I need for my projects.

Just bought a washer and am very happy with it.

I purchased two (2) Milwaukee products and couldn’t be happier, not because I found what I was looking for, but because I entered the store nearly 30 minutes before this location closed. The employees were still just as happy to help as if they just opened. Much appreciated

The customer service I’ve received at Home Depot has been extraordinary! I’ve visited the store about a 1/2 dozen times in the past month and the employees are accessible, knowledgeable, kind and go the extra mile.

We had the best customer service experience at HD today. Guy that helped us in flooring that did not work in flooring, the Pro Desk Lady was awesome, and the young man that helped my husband load the flooring. We definitely recommend this HD!

Needed bathtub fixture could not after 3 employees find anyone whom works in that department,sad, waited 17 minutes for someone to come help never showed,sad place to shop!!!!!!!

EJ in appliances was AWESOME.... Long story but we had already bought 2 Brand New Refrigerators at 2 different places one didn't work and one never got delivered so by the time we got to Home Depot we were just done and he was so helpful and had us situated and ready to go in like 15 minutes he made the whole experience that much better and he made sure we were safely loaded up and whatnot....Should've started at Home Depot it would've made things go alot easier and so much less stressful for us EJ truly deserves some recognition.....We definitely appreciated him being so helpful and making things super simple for us
