We are very disappointed and was treated with disrespect from the time of walking in til we went to car. The store employees were rude and targeted us because of our tattoos. The employee then said a customer complained about our face mask not being around the face fully. While loading our materials there was employees watching and laughing because I am 5'3 and my husband being 6'3 lifting sheetrock and didnt even offer us assistant.

Every thing I said in the survey is true.....Thank you!

Basically I've shopped at Home Depot all my life and that about sums that up. Thanks to everyone who works at Home Depot...

I went in the store for a specific item and purchased said item that is scheduled to be delivered and installed on October 1st.

Easier to find what I needed than their other places to find the materials needed for my building materials.

Jason in the Window Department restored my faith in customer service. He followed up on my special order and kept me informed about its progress. He is a true professional.

The store was not kept clean as the current mask mandate was not being followed by buyers or by employees. I asked for a manager who told me there was nothing they can do. Even though there is a sign at all entrances in the store stating that masks must be worn at all times in the store. This is not keeping the store clean and safe during a pandemic. There was also not hand sanitizer at the self check out and no cleaning procedures noted between customers. This should meet the stated guidelines posted here: "Was the store clean? Were our associates friendly and helpful?"

Easy to find what you are looking for. Easy to prepare quick visit using online. Good service and smiling faces. Always help offered.

I was impressed when I went to the Home Depot on Fairview Rd. in Asheville today. I had what felt like a very complex order to make -- various sizes of black plumbing pipe and fittings. The Associate, Bob, was a pro, had the cutting and threading machine right there in the aisle. He did it all and I was out much quicker than I expected. Kudos!

Store was clean and staff were friendly and very helpful in a pleasant manner.

As always the employees went above and beyond to help us out , she didn’t make us feel like we were bothering her , pretty much like we were the only customers in the building, we got everything we were looking for , and left feeling great , unlike the other home improvement store in the area

My experience at this Home Depot store location was excellent. The Exchange/Return Department worked with me to look up a warranty. They were courteous and helpful at all times. The store made me feel comfortable, in that all employees and guests were wearing facial masks. The store was clean as always, as well as organized.

It is great that they have free masks at the door, but I saw several customers not wearing masks. You should enforce this!

I would recommend it if all the associates wore their masks and practiced social distancing. Unfortunately, it doesn't matter when I go into the store...associates and patrons seem to care less about wearing masks. Some do and some don't. The people who run self-checkout do. People on the floor, not so much. People at the online pickup sometimes do and sometimes don't. And the online pickup is a mess that needs to be fixed. People crowd in there to pick up orders. There is no 6 feet. Makes me uncomfortable anytime I have to go there. While most are nice, I'm worried about my safety.

We are just starting to consider remodeling our kitchen and probably our bathroom. We met with Ashley Wood and she helped us see the possibilities and the timing involved in making a new kitchen happen. She gave us so many ideas to consider. Well done Ashley. We do not enter into this project lightly as money is tight and we need to get the most we can for our investment.

It is definitely worth going out of your way to shop at this HD. All the employees were friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. I was able to find all the parts I needed with the expert guidance of John in the electronics part department. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. It made up for the time I spent driving to get there. This was the best hardware store experience I have ever had!

During this global pandemic, with inadequate testing and spread confirmed from non-symptomatic persons, it is imperative that employees wear masks in any interaction with customers. most customers were wearing masks in my recent visit, I saw no masks on employees. This is unacceptable. Otherwise, the experience met my needs.

Friendly clean and well stocked. Definitely will use this store again. Much better than the one in Enka-Candler. They are way more friendly here.

I go to this store on a regular basis. When I need any home improvement supplies, this store is my first stop.

Store is big, clean and stocked with all that one needs. Employees at this location have not been friendly or kind when one is in need of help. Some are even cocky of their knowledge and try to make you feel dumb, because they know more than one. I prefer to shop at Home Depot, but the unfriendliness off staff is unacceptable.

The store was clean and organized. The majority of the associates were friendly and willing to help.
