Your cashier selection is abysmal. I've never experienced such a rude cashier as Zamir before today. He made zero communication, eye contact, or assistance in helping me checkout. He was more concerned about chewing his sunflower seeds and spitting them in the trash can as I waited for him. I even had to take my own receipt off the machine since he was off in his own world. Why is this guy still there? Otherwise, great store!! This guy is ruining your store's shopping experience.

I’ve seldom found there to be an item availability issue at this store and the staff is excellent. It’s worth the trip every time!

This particular Home Depot store is clean, neat and orderly with items conveniently located. Staff members are always happy to help and are very knowledgeable regarding what product will work best for the particular situation and where items are located.

We ordered a 10 window order to be delivered to our house and we where very happy with the employees experience and are looking forward to getting our windows soon

I am new to the area and was in need of a chest freezer. Pete the general manager was the first person to greet us and ask us if we needed assistance. I have never been shown so much kindness in a store of this caliber, Pete went above and beyond.

I had the best experience at Home Depot in Asheville! Encountered two very customer friendly employees, Elisha and Roger! What a good trip.

We were able to find exactly the product we wanted at Home Depot. The service was quick, professional and friendly.

Unlike some stores that sell similar merchandise, in this one I feel as though I'm genuinely welcome. When I go into a messy store I want to get out of there quickly. This store is neat, clean, and tidy. My visits here are relaxed and I'm therefore more likely to find what I'm looking for. Every associate I've encountered has been helpful and seemed to enjoy being able to assist me. I've gotten some very good advice from competent people who work in this store.

In the last three weeks I have been to Home Depot five times to make purchases. I am of the opinion that no place or person is perfect, however I will keep shopping at Home Depot because they do a good job and I have had very good assistance.

This is a really nice store.We come her pretty often, mostly because the customer service is so good. There have been very few times that we felt ignored by employees. This is a well run store with good employees.

I will never shop at Home Depot again. I bought an appliance and was promised a delivery on March 29, yesterday, I took the day off of work for this. The drivers were supposed to be there between 1 PM and 5 PM. At 4:30 PM I received a call that they would be there in 30 minutes. At 5 PM I received a call that they could not make it up my paved driveway. I have lived at this location for 10 years and have had furniture and several appliances delivered without any issue. The drivers and the manager were rude. I will share this poor experience with everyone I know and on social media and possibly the news outlets as well. I did receive a refund and will never shop at Home Depot again. Your delivery truck drivers cost you a $700 transaction. Great work

The store has a fantastic equipment rental program. We were talking about a tiller and he walked me out to the pen where the equipment were located, and showed me an upsize tiller that would do a better job for me than the one I was thinking about. Done deal!

The store was clean, everything was easy to find and had a great overall experience.

Went to buy a Ryobi weedeater that took attachments. A staff member helped us through the process. Courteous and knowledgeable.

Called to see if HD had a particular light switch. Ken in electrical supplies found it almost immediately, took it straight to the customer service desk. Meredith took my order and personally brought out the item almost immediately for curbside delivery. Totally makes me want to do business there.

This is the friendliest Home Depot I've ever been to. And in a completely genuine way. I've been treated quite well by employees here. Whether on checkout, needing help getting a tool from the crib, getting a sheet of plywood cut, or finding products on the shelf, everyone has been helpful and kind. I've also witnessed a customer treat an employee poorly and the team handle the experience with grace, kindness, and professionalism. Whatever you all are doing here, please keep doing it!!!

A little bit of kindness goes a long way. Sometimes it's easy to forget this. I know everyone's a little stressed right now, and customers can be a little jerky. What makes all the difference is this store's excellent team. Every associate I encountered here was polite, calm, friendly, and helpful. There must be times it can't be easy to stay so composed. You wouldn't know it here, though. Whatever they're doing, I hope they keep doing it!

The Asheville Home Depot store is a great place to go for home improvement needs. Great selections and the staff was so friendly, polite and helpful. As we add an addition to our home, we will be returning.

I visited this store three times in a week to get the totes I needed to organize my classroom. I was helped three times by someone in flooring and they were so helpful! I spoke to them on the phone and in person and I was so impressed by their customer service and willing to help me find what I needed. Thank you!
