Great store, always helpful employees.

I have always complained about how difficult it is to get help in a hardware store, but today was different, I was helped by a gentleman at the Ashtabula Home Depot, who made my shopping experience the best. He not only was helpful, he was friendly and a great sense of humor. He had his 2 hats on, his professional and his personal. He was a joy to speak with, and for sure he made a lifetime customer out of me and my husband.

While some of the employees walking the floor would help you. The employees at the checkouts are too busy chit chatting with other employees. And yes I did hear some of the conversation it was not work related. The said cashier that was standing there talking just watched us walk to a self checkout.

The store displays always look great, the store always appears neat and clean, and the employees, who make the store what it is, are all friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. We enjoy shopping at the Ashtabula Home Depot store, as we know that someone is always there who can help us.

I love this store. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. I usually buy a lot more than what I went in for. The shelves are usually full. I was asked several times if I needed help. The store is always clean. It's a nice place to shop.

Staff are always a great help when shopping at Home Depot. Often times women are in need of more assistance than the guys, so staff are helpful and courteous when being asked specific questions. I have learned a lot of practical knowledge shopping there and have been a return customer many times. Love the DIY projects and would love to be able to attend some easy classes to learn new skills for working around the home!

My cashier that day was Judy. What a breath of fresh, happy air. Her smile, which is so big you could see it through her mask, was infectious and her voice was soothing. I had been having a really crappy week. Just talking with her and being in her space was calming. In today's world it's rare to find her energy. She wasn't miserable or complaining and just happy to be there and serve her community. Kudos to Judy for brightening my day and many others who followed me. I will most definitely look for her on my next trip to your store to jump in her line. Happy Holidays to all.

Employees I encountered were very knowledgeable about the products I was looking for. Cashiers was fast, efficient, and friendly. Well stocked and clean store.

Everyone is helpful and smiling, which is rare in most places.. We have a big project we're working on so we will definitely be going to get everything we need at this store.
