Nice store. Helpful employees

Two employees helped me in lighting today and one went so far as to help me with the bracket on the socket to be sure it would fit in the antique wall sconce I was attempting to rewire. This was the first time I was attempting this and his instruction and adaption of the socket was way above and beyond

My local store goes above and beyond to get it right for the customer. The recent experience just proved to me again I am a valued customer to the Home Depot. Thanks to the sales cashier Hanna for helping me correct MY online shopping errors and make my order correct.

i love the store. All areas were clean and could find everything we were looking for.Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The wood is all excellent shape, straight not twisted. We found everything we needed.

The store was clean and items were on the shelves where they said on the website. I checked there to see if the items were in stock and if they had enough. Good experience and friendly and helpful associates, especially the cashier Valerie who helped me.

Ashtabula Home Depot was clean, well staffed and very friendly, smiling workers. Today's visit was excellent and I left smiling and happy that I easily found everything on my list and left with enough change for my lunch.

I use this store all the time. They are very helpful in finding what I need or solving the problem I am having.

You go somewhere else to try to save or it's more convenient but you always end up at Home Depot to get the things the others don't have.

The store had a nice selection of lawn mowers to pick from. Michael H. from the garden department answered my questions and help me load the box onto a cart, take to cashier and load into my vehicle.

The employees are always quick to help. We did a project loan and spent every day in the store either buying or returning items. The staff alway went out of the way to make us feel appreciated. I drive 45 min to get to this store and feel it’s worth the drive...

I love this store, they always have what I need at a good price, the store is clean and clutter free and there is plenty of smiling ready to help staff on the floor. And another thing I like personally is that they give Veterans discounts with a smile.
